@indrabhose @marksandspencer @LloydsBank Had a similar thing with a cashpoint at an Asda. The cashpoints are usually operated by a bank in my case was RBS. The store will tell you to contact the bank. I spoke with mine @StarlingBank and raised a dispute. Should be a similar thing with Lloyds but only once it’s cleared.
