@iRobot your app for the Roomba is absolute garbage. It has been bug filled since day 1 to the point of making the robot almost worthless. The fact that I need 2 apps to control the new one vs the old one screams of lazy/cost cutting culture.

@amazon @AmazonHelp I have had a horrible experience with Amazon warehouse/resale and my review was deleted. This is the kind of behavior that is why I am not renewing my prime membership. My @iRobot roomba was listed as mint condition and the battery didn't work.

@iRobot @EufyOfficial After owning my X10 Pro Omni for about 4 months, I'm disappointed to say the least. The parts are made out of play dough!!! The roller brush guard is falling asunder! The clips can’t hold the roller brush in place, rendering the whole machine useless! The side “sweeper” serves no purpose. It certainly doesn’t get into any corners, or anything angular! I switched from my reliable @iRobot combi expecting a real upgrade, but I've been missing that solid performance ever since. Hoping one of you can step up with excellent customer service! @EufyOfficial, perhaps better parts or an upgrade to make this right? @iRobot Don't buy iRobot. They'll sell you an exoensive feature like obstacle avoidance and then kill it after 3 years or so. My J7 is crippled now. Really shitty.

I know they were considering shutting down. I am starting to think @iRobot should do so, they clearly can't provide adequate support for their products. My background is in IT, and I know when there's a bug in the process. Need a robot vac? I'd suggest you avoid them. (3 of 3)

I have spent 5 hours or more trying to re set up my @iRobot vacuum, and it's been a terrible experience. I factory reset this device to set it up with a new network, and it's stuck me in a loop. There's more (1 of 3)
