Real talk, will BlizzardCS ever get better? Or is it just damned for eternity in corporate budget cut hell? People want to talk to a real person that understands the game and the issue, because they’re able to provide a much better solution than the department manual this ai is trained on. To be honest, as a subscriber of 20+ years, I’m surprised the monthly sub hasn’t gone up with inflation. If it had, it might have justified a bigger spend on customer service, which means we never would have been in this situation to begin with. The only reason I’m mentionining an increase in sub price is because I have to assume the negligence towards CS has been caused by a reduced budget.. otherwise I have no fucking clue how current leadership operates so poorly. I’m inclined to give leadership benefit of the doubt though.

@Shobektv I love this - they should prioritize group travel as opposed to personal travel.. AKA, more boats and zeppelins vs more flight paths. Create more opportunities for players to interact with each other - which is the true spirit of this game.

This needs to have a real action plan before Classic Plus releases.. On top of that, where is the increased communication that Holly promised at the State of Azeroth? How long does it take to kick someone from Marketing in the ass? An intern could literally script a monthly newsletter that’s cross referenced with all of the devs and customer support teams, then hand that to the person you want in front of the camera.

@BlizzardCS now you guys are in the spotlight again. I am going to yet again ask - what steps are being taken to prevent players from mass report banning each other? Because I keep seeing people reporting they got spam reported into a ban and then they post weeks later they got unbanned after appealing dozens of times. It shouldn't take dozens of tickets and weeks to revert an erroneous ban. A company this big needs customer service and needs a real system in place to prevent players from banning other players maliciously.

There is swearing in Warcraft, using this as an example as it's the more well known. But Damn and ass are also used. If the player can't say words, neither should the game.
