@AmazonHelp Then why does your tracking keep giving dates/deadlines that are before the 13 day period? And your own app says its "Delayed" implying it should have infact moved to a further stage by now.

...go to the Customer Service section and, albeit still difficult, connect with an agent to help look into issues. Now though, that option has been completely wiped and if there, hidden in some depths not reachable directly. Also tried asking your "Rufus", same deal.

Where there is a sliver of hope is this 'Visit Customer Service' button. But alas, that too is just a bunch of predefined prompts with cookie cutter answers that take your round and round the same stupid pages on the app. Never giving an option to actually talk to a rep. Bravo!

, I've tried to gove you the benefit of the doubt so much so as to ask your "RufusAI" for help. Even if I go and look in the 'Your Account' section after hitting 'See All' there is no 'Contact Us' section. I've opened all of the available ones, nothing.
