@RoyalMail how do I file a complaint? Your app is useless. Had a package delivered today and my delivery redirect request was ignored. It wound up being left outside my property, and I'm not there. Called my neighbour to look for it, and it's gone.

@AmazonHelp @AmazonUK It arrived today, but when it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and you're a Prime subscriber with a promise of next day delivery, that's not good. Two consecutive deliveries is bad. However, we're talking SIX late deliveries in the calendar year... Shocking!

Here we go again! I knew a consistent run of ontime deliveries from @AmazonUK was too good to be true (tbf tho, the scales did tip drastically in their favour), but a promise of delivery being made by 10pm tonight falling flat & now possibly not coming for another 3 days is poor
