@DrJackKrusr9 @ProjectGokuu I don't follow your page - I was responding to the original comment. I'm citing mortality data. Please cite a study showing increased muscle mass leading to early death so I can see where you're coming from. I'm excepting things like PED use or elevated BMI. Thanks.

@itsjonbenson @ProjectGokuu You’re citing associations, not first principles. Muscle tracks better outcomes because it reflects good mitochondrial function not because size itself is protective. Fix the environment, and the muscle follows. Meanwhile how long have you been following up my page?

Dr. Jack Kruse says bodybuilders die decades earlier than the average person. His friend Charles Poliquin is proof. • World-class physique • Looked like a Greek statue • One of the most famous strength coaches alive Kruse told him repeatedly he was going to die before 60. He died of a heart attack at 58. Kruse says the pattern is everywhere: • NFL players die early. • Professional wrestlers die early • Gorillas die 20-30 years earlier than hhumans They all look jacked. They all die young. Kruse says the reason is physics. Energy cannot be created or destroyed. When you pack mitochondria into muscle, you are stealing that energy from your brain and heart—the two organs that actually determine how long you live. He points to Kleiber's law. Every mammal on Earth gets the same number of heartbeats in a lifetime. Gorillas have far more muscle than humans. They also die 20-30 years sooner. Nature chose brain over muscle for longevity. "Go find me anybody who's 85 years old that looks like that. You're going to find like not a lot of people." The longest-lived humans on Earth are small people with belly fat. Not bodybuilders. "Where you bury your mitochondrial density is the key." — Dr. Jack Kruse (@DrJackKruse) on the Danny Jones (@JonesDanny) podcast PS: If interested in content like this, follow me as I continue sharing unconventional health insights you won't find anywhere else on X.

Dr. Jack Kruse just revealed how blue light hijacks the dopamine reward pathways in your brain. Your phone, laptop, and TV are all running on a light that keeps your dopamine low by design. He says this was engineered on purpose. Kruse is a neurosurgeon who traced where this blue light display technology came from: 1) In the 1950s, DARPA funded IBM to develop liquid crystal displays using blue light. Side note: DARPA is the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. They build military technology. The internet started there. 2) In 1995, DARPA gave the search algorithm to two Stanford students who founded Google along with this technology 3) Today, Meta and Google own the patents on how this light is delivered through every screen you use. Kruse asked one question no one in tech has answered. Why does every screen on Earth default to blue light? You need third-party software just to get red light on your own device. Kruse says the reason is simple. Blue light at specific frequencies makes screens addictive. It lowers dopamine over time. It makes users more compliant and easier to influence. DARPA wants it sticky so people can be programmed through the content they consume. He says 55% of the American population has already been affected by screen technology in exactly this way. The blue glow on your face right now isn't accidental. According to Kruse, it never was. — Jack Kruse (@drplebjack) on the Danny Jones (@JonesDanny) Podcast

@DrKERMD @MikeDBears34 Daily is great but how do they draw? I have to draw with 18g and shoot with 25g. Doing that daily would be a pain. Can't use an insulin needle - at least I haven't figured out how. I'm on medical TRT so not much 125/wk. Thanks doc.

@DeanTTraining This clown would be lucky to do a proper rep with 1/2 that much weight. It's just ego lifting. He's even forcing reps with his arms. Crazy.

Every single gym I’ve ever been in has featured multiple guys that Leg Pressed EXACTLY like this: - No ROM - Not holding onto handles - Reps performed at warp speed - Nowhere near failure at the set ends It was kind of excusable in 2011 but it’s still going on in 2026! HOW???

Basement dwellers on X with no understanding of basic biomechanics DESPERATELY want you to believe that lifting your heels on Leg Press is.. “SO DANGEROUS” Is it actually? No…it is not! Is it acceptable to do so? As long as you remain stable & feel no discomfort…. YES!!!

You will not convince me anyone’s ever made a tougher machine than the Lever Row Matt is an absolute UNIT & he’s barely got any added weight here Nick Walker has videos only doing 1 plate per side This thing will destroy any EGO you’ve got while helping you make tons of GAINS
💯 Matt 💯@troopah_matt

Upper receipts Decided to go with “the humbler” today rather than pin loaded machine. You can see why it’s given that name based on the loading I have. A little goes a long way. I will alternate this with the machine going forward. Also swapped the plate loaded pulldown with the nautilus machine. This a great machine if you have access.

@DeanTTraining I love CBum - fantastic physique and a cool dude - but so many bodybuilders fixate on what amounts to superstition. Macros are macros. If you prefer 7 small meals, great. If you have digestive issues, maybe. Otherwise it's kcals in-energy out.

CBum says 7 meals a day > 6 meals a day > 5 meals a day for fat loss even when calories are equated CBum is bigger/leaner than everyone on this app therefore he is correct That’s how it works, right? Right???
NotLizBrody@NotLizBrody

Tell someone you eat 5x/day during bulking season and got some body fat on you, they think "that's too much" Tell someone you eat 5x/day during cutting season when you're LEAN and they think "well you need to feed those muscles" 🤣 meal frequency doesn't make much difference.

@DeanTTraining My wife uses about a half-teaspoon of olive oil on this many fries before frying and damn they taste exactly like smash fries. Cost me a whopping 20 cals and 2g fat extra. Ketchup another 30 or so. The rest is just awesome starches. King of sides.

This may be the MOST HUMBLING piece of gym equipment I’ve ever touched Every time I’m on it…I’m consistently blown away by how hard it is without even using much added weight Case in point: Here is a video of Nick Walker using just 1 plate per side
