Really should’ve read Reddit reviews before making the mistake of giving them a chance. The worst part is they misuse personal information. In today’s world, where protecting data is paramount, how is this even allowed? How are they still operating despite such unethical tactics?

@Swiggy what’s your policy on resolution time? Still waiting on a customer service chat where your agent hasn’t responded for 10+ mins and the issue has been open for 20+ mins. If you’re not going to keep tabs on your operations, at least give me the option to report the agent.
