Here is the missing clip of my interaction with Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder that was edited out originally. And it’s clear you can see why: once I started making him realize I knew who he really was, and came at him with logic, he shifted his tone. And giving the information that’s been made public over the weekend, I was right. Hope you seek help. Thanks @parti_king

Any use of deadly force with a firearm, whether from a cop or from a civilian, is going to be heavily scrutinized. This means they are going to look at the entire picture, which yes, involves your history, and not just the moments surrounding that incident. If you are minding your own business and someone attacks you and you use deadly force with a firearm, you are still going to have investigators and the DA determining if what you did was a good shoot. If you have social media posts saying how you will smoke someone without pause, that is going to damage your attempt at claiming self defense. If you are constantly provoking people, harassing people, and calling people racial slurs on camera for clicks and then you shoot someone, you are going to be even more heavily scrutinized… especially if you were already out on bond and have priors. It’s not about free speech. It’s not about words that hurt your feelings. None of that matters. Even if you believe the shooting was justified, you still may have to defend that decision in court. Period. Thats why a police officer gets placed on leave after an officer involved shooting until the investigation is complete. Thats why you, as a law abiding citizen and legal gun owner, must make every effort to ensure that if you do end up having to use your firearm in a deadly force situation, your self defense case is clear cut. Anything else is going to cost you tons of time and money to fight (it may even if you are 100% cleared… ask Kyle). This is the reality most of you are ignoring as you make this about everything but what it is actually about. Go take a CCW course if you don’t believe me.
