extremely high levels of natural conviction learned this when helping entrepreneurs create content was surprised (and disappointed) when i found out most couldn't tap into the flow state when speaking about their business or money in general they needed scripts, templates, etc its why most content falls flat not filled with truth not backed by years of preparation, obsession, and attention to every little detail if a "diamond test" existed for content that's what it would be not even that if the words you're saying are true but if YOU truly, whole heartedly believe and know it is true and that's something you can't fake that's something only unlocked by hours and years of obsession poured into a single craft wanna know whether or not someone actually knows what they're talking about? listen to that feeling in your gut when you know someone is blowing smoke and using jargon to hide the fact that they don't know what they're talking about you could hand @AlexHormozi and a random 9-5er a script on a business related topic they could say the same thing word for word, bar for bar script could have the same "credibility" baked into the hook video could be shot by the same videographer, edited by the same editor, and posted by the same youtube producer I would bet the billion dollars I don't have yet that Hormozi would still get infinitely more views because you can't fake real conviction you can't fake true faith

When Jon Jones talks about fighting he suddenly becomes articulate, Everything sharpens. His words, his thinking, his presence. You can tell he deeply understands it. You see the same with Gordon Ryan. Sounds clueless on politics or other subjects, but when he talks jiu-jitsu he turns into a genius.

We spent hundreds of hours building Claude Code skills for our $7M ARR GTM agency (and we're giving them away for free) - ICP research - signal scoring - cold email writing - sales intelligence - campaign intelligence. These run inside every system we build for 70+ B2B clients. Reply "Claude Code" and I'll send you the Github repo with everything.

if the cost of knowledge continues to barrel down to zero, that means the value of wisdom is now infinitely skyrocketing up ai is intelligent, but it is not wise biggest superpower will be those that can channel the intelligence in the right direction by leveraging wisdom

My favorite thing is having two chats open, one where I’m strategizing and a “translator” right next to it. I take my prompt, give it to the translator who translates it to the domain expertise and ensures my intent is captured, then push back to the domain expertise. That’s value add of skills tho is the auto translation of your vagueness and lack of jargon in your words

It's February 2026, and AI can now do your keyboard work just being a vessel for moving pixels no longer gets you a job so what's the new meta the most important thing to learn now is deep technical vocabulary about your industry imagine you have an amateur that doesn't have technical vocabulary and they prompt "make a good facebook ad" the output will be extremely average in contrast, say you were somebody with 20+ years of experience as a graphic designer and you have the technical vocabulary to describe exactly what you're looking for the output quality that you're going to be able to create is in the top 10% or maybe even the top 1% And this applies to everything Software engineering Sales outbound Data analysis via Excel how you win now is by having deep technical expertise and the ability to communicate with it

I just had Claude Code build me a Facebook ad generator that can make 100+ on-brand ad variations in minutes for $0. And I made a full Notion document guide for you. It includes: 1. How to use Claude to find the pain points and desired outcomes of your ICP 2. How to use these pain points and outcomes to write ad copy variations 3. How to build a Facebook ad template entirely with code (just like the ones you see) 4. How focus Claude Code’s design so the ad feels “on-brand” 5. How to export the Facebook ads as PNGs in a zip file 6. How to bulk upload them to a Facebook ad set 7. How to use an AI data analyst to track the success of these ads Everything above is just API calls and Claude Code doing the work for you. You just come up with the ideas and polish the outputs. Like and comment "generator" and I'll send the Notion document to you

What's the best way to vibe-code a website right now for someone completely non-technical? I want a simple site with a few pages, with a modern, clean, but polished UI and nice interactive effects Should I just use Claude Code for this, or is it worth using a more specialized tool like Bolt or Lovable?

outbound will never be the same after Claude Sonnet 4.6. dropped today. most people will use it wrong. there's a fine line between AI that makes you faster and AI that makes you sound like everyone else. we took a different route. we use Claude to make our human outbound operators 3-5x faster - not to replace them. that's why i put together a doc of Claude prompts built specifically for outbound pipeline. designed for $10K-$250K+ B2B deals. inside you'll find prompts to help your team: → analyse accounts and map buying committees in minutes → run 10-minute research before writing a single email → generate 3-5 cold email variants per angle without sounding like a bot → draft follow-ups based on specific replies and objections → prep talking points before outbound calls → tighten copy to avoid spam triggers and protect deliverability these aren't generic chatgpt prompts. they're built to make Claude think like a seasoned outbound operator plugged into a human-led engine. the best part? paste them straight in and go. comment "PROMPTS" and i'll send it over.

I just built an AI voice agent for my company in 5 minutes. Pasted our website URL. It scraped everything. Built the agent. I called it. It knew our entire business and tried to book me a demo. This is the same AI behind Marriott, Caesars, and Gordon Ramsay. Watch the full build: Here’s what PolyAI’s Agent Wizard actually does: → Enter your website URL → It scrapes FAQs, product info, policies, hours — everything → Auto-builds a voice agent with your business knowledge → Choose a voice, customize the personality → Start taking calls I got early access to Agent Wizard and tested it on Gerra (my AI + robotics company). The agent accurately described our multimodal datasets, answered technical questions, and even offered to schedule a demo with real time slots. This is the same tech powering: • Marriott — hotel reservations • Caesars — casino customer service • Gordon Ramsay — restaurant bookings • FedEx, PG&E, UniCredit + 100 more 2,000+ deployments. Millions of calls daily. 24+ languages. 391% ROI. $10.3M avg savings per enterprise. Built voice-first by 3 Cambridge PhDs who helped build Siri. Backed by NVIDIA, Khosla Ventures, Zendesk. $200M+ raised. $750M+ valuation. Enterprise voice AI used to take months to deploy. This took me 5 minutes. Want the Voice Agent Deployment Playbook? Like + comment “VOICE” + repost, and I’ll DM it to you. (must be following)

if everything external in the world will be automated and swallowed up by automation and robotics, if anyone can make anything happen at the speed of thought (not inconceivable given ai and neuralink) all of a sudden the most valuable and important thing to work on is your state of being. if all external problems are being solved, then that only leaves the internal but what do internal problems consist of? limiting beliefs low self esteem apathy lack of confidence if solving those problems are the only problems that will be left to solve, who are the ones that are capable of doing so? what rewires belief systems, ways of thinking and identity? what brings the feelings of inspiration, mtivation, and hope? motivational speakers? pastors? but you can't possibly be giving your time and attention away one on one all the time, can you? what leverage facilitates the solving of those internal problems at scale? videos like these. videos like these, or "content", are forms of communication they are the software that make the rewiring of belief systems and emotions possible, at scale all over the world for free in the same way that developers code software that makes the lives of people easier videos and other communication vehicles like it do the same, but for the internal and if all external problems are solved by ai and robotics, the most valuable people are the people that can create inspiration out of thin air just like the creator of this video all of a sudden the most valuable and powerful people, not only in theory but in a real economic sense, are creators Artists. writers. filmmakers. video editors. if you can create anything at the speed of thought, then the most important thing is what influences those thoughts in the first place if anyone that has an idea can bring it to life, the one inspiring those ideas is the most powerful person in the world not sure where i was going with this... but doubling down on being world class at content and videos and filmmaking all of a sudden makes too much sense even @thesamparr and @ShaanVP did a @myfirstmilpod on the rise of real filmmaking and wanting to learn it this is the true value creators bring. not "views" "likes" or "shares" this is the real value of content creation and if that's the case, that means that we are all massively undervaluing and underselling what the "creator economy" actually could be and is the TAM opportunity of building your "personal brand" is much larger than you can even imagine and by "personal brand" i mean making cool shit that inspires you and the people who consume it, not the watered down gay version of it that info gurus sell thats why i can see @FoundersPodcast being one of the most valuable businesses in the entire world not bc that podcast is in the business of selling and distributing ads or even a product but bc that podcast is in the business of distributing inspiration, wisdom and hope watching that podcast solves internal problems for some of the wealthiest people on earth which once ai and robots take solve all other external problems, those will be the only ones left to solve

It is very important that you keep your social media feed filled with videos like these I will not elaborate

yes you can use claude code and cowork to make the 197th dating app but you can also prompt it to generate hundreds (maybe thousands we will see) of image and video creative prompts that you can then generate Have it generating prompts for thousands of images to run on meta ads Had it storyboard video ads with multiple characters then write prompts for each shot and dialogue but also back up prompts to test and test again Can then pay VA to just do the copy pasting into VEO and image generator of your choice Then have cowork stitch the shots together in background Thousands of prompts with the absolute most granular and insane detail at scale 24/7 while I’m laying down for bed. Feel bad now going to sleep without leaving cowork destroying an unlimited task
