Rank Mode update its live in tauceticrew.com/ranked
We still have tons to update here so bare with us. Also, we have the infrastructure ready for rank leaderboards and general Runner metrics once the team makes the endpoints accesible.
The countdown timer might be off will be updating soon.

@MathRockSucked yeah, I know!
so you're talking about a build planner essentially? something that allows you to equip cores+implants and visualize the effects on your base stats?
(only asking because I'm contemplating building a tool myself, so I'm interested in what would help others!)
English

@jackbdimarco Cores and implants affect character stats while also providing bonus effects

A buddy of mine ran a large part of the DoorDash engineering org. When an engineer caused an outage, they knew exactly what the revenue cost was, and that revenue cost was hung on that engineer.
They didn't do fines, per se, but it went into performance reviews, and it definitely negatively impacted future promotions / raises - so essentially it was a delayed fine.
More orgs should do this.

If you asked most developers what the size of a pointer is they would freeze.

"Systems roles have less competition" You forgot to say that the competition actually competes instead of yapping. Getting systems roles is not easier than React roles.

@zach_yadegari @BiscottoAnthon1 you could've also probably circled the Gemini watermark in the bottom corner lol

to do product well means being good at finding the unique insight that positions a general idea in the best possible way for a human to use it
the autopilot feature we are launching today is an ai agent that watches for new commits to your codebase and automatically opens a pr to update your docs when it thinks one is needed
the value isn't just the proposed code, but also the notification itself reminding you that your docs need attention. there may even be a v2 of the project which is just the notification and no pull request!
chat, what do you think, slop or not slop?

@MaxBrodeurUrbas @dvdsgl “now re-draft the email without an em dash”
English

@dvdsgl my gumloop agent just did this from a slack channel, drafted in my Gmail in a few seconds

@AlexCristache great idea for newer followers :)
this one is very sophisticated

@jackbdimarco Thank you Jack, I do pull some from the archive once in a while (mostly weekends) for those that might have missed them on release.

Happy Saturday! 👋 The #MindfulPalettes no. 130 color palette was released about a year ago and I still love how dramatic it feels and how great that soft, warm white looks against the blues.
What kind of brand would look good in these colors?

English

Tried doing it in AE and it ended up with a different look lol. Thanks for the breakdown

@skeptrune as someone who contributes very actively to private company repos under a private company user, any advice on ways compensate for that?
i’ve often considered cranking out side projects just to boost my public profile, but that sorta feels like missing the point haha

🚨 MINTLIFY IS HIRING! 🚨
we look for slope over intercept and want to see that you have grown quickly in your career
github grass is good public proof that you ship a ton and easier to verify than private contributions
