@arrivanortheast hi, how do you use pop cards on your services? We’ve tried to use ours a few times and it seems the drivers aren’t sure what to do so we end up paying by usual method.
@thetrainline How do I claim for my full journey? Not just the train that was cancelled, as I’ve not travelled due to this so no longer need the return either.
@jade_appleby Hi Jade, sorry to hear your journey was cancelled. If the ticket was purchased with us, can you add your details here > bit.ly/42itEnj and I'll check this out for you. Thanks, ~ Cat
@TPEassist our trains just been cancelled while stood on the platform…Morpeth to Edinburgh. What other trains can we get on? There’s a crosscountry one next?
@TPEassist Thanks, our return is via Lumo, but we’re not going now due to the mess with the trains. How do I get the full journey refunded? I purchased through Trainline.
@jade_appleby Yes, if you decide not to use your ticket to travel due to the cancellation, you can claim a full refund from your point of purchase. If you bought your tickets from the TPE website/app directly, please submit a claim here: refunds.tpexpress.co.uk ^Mariel
@TPExpressTrains hi, if due to travel on a cancelled service today can you just get on an earlier service with the same tickets? Possible to book seats on it too?
@jet2tweets hi, we have a delay claim outstanding that was confirmed and we were told it would be paid within 12 weeks. It’s now past this and we haven’t had the money through, can you help please? Thanks!
