#paychex is running so slowly, it is literally disrupting business. And #paychex is not going to reimburse the overtime pay for HR payroll This sucks

Continuing on my quest to get Paychex to fix problems. I called the manager I had a discussion with today and dialed his extension. That transferred me to an operator. She was horrible. I gave the extension of the manager and she said it was valid. Seriously?????

What is going on at @paychex???? I’ve used them for years and this last year has been horrible!!!! Payday is today and no one was paid!!!! More than a 20 min wait time! If you are a small business DO NOT USE @paychex Use a local company Big guys don’t care about us little companies!

ADP is currently charging claire >$2000 just because she updated an employee's SSN. they did not give her any chance to approve the charge, no indication of what it'd cost. she has spent hours on the phone with them, no luck. brutal!!

More problems with @Paychex. They haven’t filed taxes on my behalf, lied about it for 6 months, and when I confronted them they tried to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault. Brutal customer service. Who has a better payroll provider I can switch to?
