@turbotax Still waiting on getting an agent to do something for me. I have tried three agents. I'm trying to do an scorp return. You have a problem. The agents just drop when I ask if they have done an scorp return.

@turbotax Having a problem with TurboTax Scorp. It won't let me add more than one officer. Also the people on your chat are just dropping me. Ask a very simple question - have you ever done an scorp return? They don't answer. Does Turbotax want me as a customer?
@Toyota I’ve filed a safety complaint with NHTSA regarding a Tacoma defect (Complaint #11708744).
Dealer confirmed the issue, but no recall has been issued.
Can you advise whether this is under investigation?
@Toyota our 2024 Toyota Tacoma Hybrid TrD off-road broke down while off-roading 10 days ago.it was towed to Stephan wade toyota. Picked it up Saturday. Same problem today. It’s now at Anderson Toyota which was closed. We are stuck here. This is ridiculous.
@Toyota Congratulations Toyota, you have gotten us stranded in the middle of nowhere twice in 1 week. We have a 2024 Toyota Tacoma hybrid. Picked up from fixing a known problem - stuck in 4LO. Took a week to fix. Same problem 1 day after. No toyota people to help on Sunday.

Bottom line folks, Paychex has a bad reputation for support, my experience proves it! I have gotten allot of feedback like this but no real resolution.

@Paychex One additional note here. If you have a Spanish speaking employee, Paychex is the last payroll provider you want. They have no ability to have their Paychex Flex employee login be taylored to Spanish speaking employees. Paychex is an example of technology rot.
@Paychex Paychex support saga. Lotsa promises and talking. Lotsa but, but rationalizations. No Resolutions on the three issues. The issue are pretty fundamental. Paychex has no ability to support their system.
@Paychex We are now almost two weeks into trying to get Paychex to resolve three issues with our payroll. All their problems. Have talked with many. Multiple promises. All broken. I don't believe anyone could have worse support.
@Paychex Paychex still has not solve their problems with our employee being able to access his account. This has been going on for months and we have escalated to them internally. I suggest everyone move off of PayChex as fast as possible. They are stuck in the past.
Continuing on my quest to get Paychex to fix problems. I called the manager I had a discussion with today and dialed his extension. That transferred me to an operator. She was horrible. I gave the extension of the manager and she said it was valid. Seriously?????
Update to the drama. After two basically incompetent responses from support, I finally talk to a supervisor yesterday. A nice guy but totally unaware of how even the way he engaged me made everything my problem and made me need to do more work.
@Paychex In response to my last post about Paychex inability to provide basic customer server to debug your problems, I sent email. kmuniraju@paychex.com responded with a ridiculous reply. Are you as paychex capable of basic customer service?
@Paychex@EricGodine70638 These responses totally confuse me. I have sent email to every contact we have in Paychex. The response has been anything but useful. Do you have access to resources that are different than all the direct contacts I have in Paychex. How about you get the CEO to contact me.
