Writer with an investigative bent. Probably on the spectrum, useful if so. Wyoming is for the outcasts, the outlaws, and the Federal Reserve. Oddly enough.

The Most Dangerous Idea In Human History Is This Idea that Cholesterol Causes Heart Attacks. ~ Dr. Cate Shanahan, MD It was NOT true. It was NEVER true. It was NEVER proven, yet it was accepted as fact. Cholesterol is in every one of our cells. It is essential to life, to animal life. All animals, not just humans, every form of animal must have cholesterol in our cell membrane. Healthy Cholesterol Is Crucial For A Thriving Life. Top 15 Cholesterol Benefits: • Prevents dementia & cognitive decline • Protects against all cause mortality • Production of all steroid hormones • Necessary for muscles & bone density • Protective against stroke & heart disease • Important for lungs & airways • Building block of all cells & mitochondria • Absorption of Vitamins A, D, E & K • Critical for digestion & bile acids • Immune system protection against infections • Lowers risk of cancer & death • Lowers risk of depression & suicide • Lowers stress, cortisol & anxiety • Protects against chemicals, toxins & heavy metals A low carbohydrate diet prioritizing nutrient dense animal foods, eliminating harmful seed oils & excess sugar, provides the best healthy cholesterol profile. This approach keeps Triglycerides low & HDL high, which is one of the best biomarkers for Cardiac health. TG/HDL ratio optimally should be less than 1.5 for zero CVD risk.

Fitness just to live longer is fundamentally un-Christian. Thats why fear of death hasn’t motivated you to stop being fat. You’re not actually afraid of death. You’re afraid of what early death does to your family. You’re afraid of the story it tells about who you are. That’s the point of fitness as a Christian. It’s not about early death. It’s about the story your life tells about the God you claim to worship. God whose image is reflected with gluttony, laziness, emotional eating? Yikes. One who’s image is reflected with peace, discipline, excellence 👍

Normal (Average) people have really been brainwashed to believe: •Having a $50,000 wedding is awesome & what you should do. ($6,250/hour) -- INSANE!! •Spending $25,000 on an engagement ring is a great way to start the marriage. (Strapped in debt before you even start-- what a SCAM!!). •Buying new luxury cars for $60,000 every 5 years because YOU DESERVE IT is self care. (Pay yourself $1,100 month into a brokerage account instead of that dealership & do the math after a couple decades-- margin in your finances & assets that pay you while you sleep is self care!). •$160,000 degree & $60,000 masters degree is a flex when you come out earning $58,000/year. •Never cooking food, but instead ordering UBER EATS 6 days a week is fine. Then, everyone complains things are too expensive, it's impossible to save for a home, & the system is rigged. My wife & I: -0 debt from college. Worked thru college to pay it off. -wedding -- made the flowers out of paper, bought dress second hand, had friends take the pics. BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES still. -My engagement ring was $1 on amazon & hers was less than $900. -Meal prep every week for years. Average meal cost around $3.20 & is healthier than anything you'll get off Uber Eats. -Always bought & drive older cars. 0 car payments ever. Pay ourselves each month instead. YOU ARE SIMPLY A SUM OF YOUR CHOICES. Financially free at 42. Multimillionaire. Buy assets! I work on things I love with people I love because I want to, enjoy it, & love helping others. This is 100% possible for anyone willing to work hard, live below their means, delay gratification & choose to not be a victim. You'll never convince me otherwise!!! There's always an excuse & always a path to victory. YOU CHOOSE!!!

RFK Jr. announced that for the first time in 50 years, obesity rates in the United States are declining. “Since President Trump came into office, obesity rates in this country have dropped by 2.5%.” “That’s the first drop in 50 years.”

Salt is LIFE. They lied to you. Your body runs on it: -Nerves fire -Muscles contract -Fluids balance No salt = no life Then Big Pharma & "experts" demonized it for blood pressure while pushing sugar & seed oils. Invest in quality salt. Do you eat real salt? MAHA

Very good article by @tomascol on the role of women in the church as it relates to the office of pastor. We value greatly the role of women in the church as we maintain God's designed order for both men and women in the church. founders.org/articles/women…

The average family of 4 saves about $10,000 a year by joining this community of people helping other people. Instead of sending that $10,000 to an insurance company or using it for a deductible, what about making some memories instead? A beach sunset. 🏖️🩴 First ski trips. ⛷️ National park adventures. 🌄 A getaway with your spouse. 👩‍❤️‍👨 Grandparents joining for one last vacation. 👴🧓 Approximately $85M to date has been put back into the pockets of Crowdies, and their families, so you can do what YOU want to do with it as opposed to filling the coffers of the medical industrial complex. Thank you for supporting this movement to change healthcare. 🧡🧡🧡

My book is a treasure trove of information related to the awful standard American diet. Want to learn something useful? Hopeful? Truthful? It's not a "diet book", but it may be the most important diet book you ever read. Check it out. JamesAllenBeckett.com

@QuietBiology Agreed. And one clarification of my thesis, none of this is uni-directional. Most of it is bidirectional, or a feedback loop. For example, genetics can obviously be upstream of metabolism, yet metabolism can strongly influence epigenetics.

Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, high triglycerides, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, PCOS and depression all have drugs that can be prescribed with varying degrees of success and side effects. A low carb diet dunks on all of them.

Like with all countries that live longer and healthier (Mediterranean/Japan): 1. They eat mindfully 2. Walk a lot 3. Drink alcohol in moderation 4. Love their carbs 5. Have a strong sense of community Zero percent weird diets like carnivore There’s a lesson in there 👇🏽

Great interview with @KetoCarnivore. Feldperson really digs deep in this one and they go way back before Amber invented Carnivore. .. The Bear, and even Stefansson! Amber is one of the few ketards that I still follow and am curious about. She never went full tribal, unlike most gurus. E.g. around 30 minutes she says that, if you're intellectually honest, the hypothesis that "high-carb diets cause diabetes or obesity" is clearly wrong. This from a lady who was low-carb since 1995!
Dave Feldman@realDaveFeldman

Why "Keto" seems harder than ever... ... and why following a well formulated carnivore diet seems so easy to reduce overeating... Another great clip with @KetoCarnivore
