@YouTubeTV @youtubetv Your subscribers don't think it's a fair deal that you took away one of the best weekends of CFB, while you generated $28 billion in earnings this past quarter. Bring back ABC, ESPN ASAP or you are going to lose many subs, incl me! (and a $20 rebate is laughable!)

@Iberia @FlyerTalk @ThePointsGuyUK @Iberia @thepointsguy I spoke to an Iberia Airlines employee who said that this happens all the time. Their advice - Be persistent, even though this is our rights, Iberia may not respond. Hard to believe as historically only had great experience with Iberia before. Be careful!

@Iberia Be careful to fly Iberia. They do not seem to comply with EU's Passenger Bill of Rights. All EU airlines are legally required to; however, multiple service requests and conversations with employees claim that Iberia will avoids responding. Be careful about flying Iberia!

@Iberia @FlyerTalk @ThePointsGuyUK @Iberia @thepointsguy Iberia gate agents informed us that we were entitled to a refund due to the downgrade b/c of Passenger Bill of Rights. They instructed us how to file a claim. We followed their protocol exactly. They legally are supposed to respond in 7 days.
