@DKB_de Danke @DKB_de, die Dame am Postschalter war auch sehr unsicher. Ich hoffe Mal dass das geklappt hat. Kriegen wir eine Benachrichtigung wenn das Postident erfolgreich abgeschlossen ist? Die Konten sind schon lange offen, war nur ein nachträgliches PostIdent.

@jan2086 Hallo Jan, bis zum 8. Geburtstag nur mit Original-Geburtsurkunde. Postident geht leider (in den meisten Fällen) nicht für Kinder unter 8. Viele Grüße, Karl vom Social Media Team

@DKB_de könnt ihr bestätigen dass PostIdent auch für unsere Tochter und Sohn, die 1 und 4 Jahre alt sind, notwendig sind? Kann Postident auch bei Minderjährigen ohne Unterschrift durchgeführt werden?

@DKB_de Wie soll man denn als Auslandsdeutscher plötzlich per PostIdent die Identität für unsere Kinder mit ihren schon bestehenden U18 Konten nachweisen? Wir sind bis nächstes Jahr nicht in Deutschland, der Brief gibt aber keine Möglichkeit außer PostIdent bis zum 30. September

@WyzeCam what a poor customer service... I got charged twice and your support team is absolutely refusing to help me, just generic answers how I can cancel my subscriptions... Is that how you treat a customer who has been with you since multiple years?

@AldiUK Nativity Wooden Toy Set arrived with only two wise men. Complained to your "customer service", only solution is for me to wait for a courier to pick up the parcel for a return... I'm supposed to take off a day from work? How ridiculous is that? Not buying from you again.

@jan2086 Hi, Jan. That's a good question, all be it one you shouldn't need to ask if you haven't made changes to your account after 1st October 2021. Had you done any upgrades, then reversed it after that date? It's certainly something we'd like checked over for you -Mark

@ThreeUKSupport why am I being charged a £2 daily roaming charge if I haven't changed my contract since Feb 2021 (Current fixed term ended in Feb 2022 but I have not upgraded since as j wanted the free EU roaming)... Your terms and conditions are not very clear.
