@DKB_de könnt ihr bestätigen dass PostIdent auch für unsere Tochter und Sohn, die 1 und 4 Jahre alt sind, notwendig sind? Kann Postident auch bei Minderjährigen ohne Unterschrift durchgeführt werden?

@DKB_de Wie soll man denn als Auslandsdeutscher plötzlich per PostIdent die Identität für unsere Kinder mit ihren schon bestehenden U18 Konten nachweisen? Wir sind bis nächstes Jahr nicht in Deutschland, der Brief gibt aber keine Möglichkeit außer PostIdent bis zum 30. September

@merseyrail have you got any planned engineering work on Sunday 1st October from Southport to Liverpool? Trainline keeps saying there might be rail replacement service but to check back later. Can't see anything on your website.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, what's the best way to contact you regarding this? I'm pretty sure I haven't made any changes to the contract since Feb 2021... But maybe you could check what is the reason for the EU roaming charges :)

@jan2086 Hi, Jan. That's a good question, all be it one you shouldn't need to ask if you haven't made changes to your account after 1st October 2021. Had you done any upgrades, then reversed it after that date?

@ThreeUKSupport why am I being charged a £2 daily roaming charge if I haven't changed my contract since Feb 2021 (Current fixed term ended in Feb 2022 but I have not upgraded since as j wanted the free EU roaming)... Your terms and conditions are not very clear.
