If you want to see inside the 4th amendment training that ICE agents get, check this supervisory agent's testimony out. They are clearly getting training not on the 4th amendment but on how to evade the 4th amendment.

OMG. The supervising ICE agent says if the workers don't have an expectation of privacy, the ICE agents can trespass at will, but no, no, NO! Even if the workers have no rights at all, it doesn't mean the ICE agents can trespass on employer property. ICE is taking the standard for the workers to have standing to sue as the standard for the agents to enter a property. 🤯

DOJ argues that it can unconstitutionally and illegally trespass onto private property to abduct US citizens at their job sites because the US citizen workers don't own the job site, so they have no expectation of privacy on the job site. So they will keep doing it... 😡

The A in this transcript is a Homeland Security Investigations regional director in charge of many agents. However, he wasn't quite sure whether his employer is also responsible for REAL ID. 🚨 @IJ attorneys just wrapped up a daylong hearing in our case on behalf of Leo Garcia Venegas, a U.S. citizen repeatedly detained by immigration officers for no good reason. IJ Sr. Attorney Jared McClain and Leo talked with reporters afterwards. It will be a few more weeks before the judge issues a decision on a possible injunction against DHS.

To be clear, my preference would be keeping him, I think his G/A contributions would be a serious miss in our current set up but it's undeniable he's sometimes an awkward fit that you try accommodate due to his quality.

I'm one of those that rates Enzo higher than most, however if you can get your fee back for him and reinvest in more physicality in the midfield, I think it's something worth considering.
We've quality elsewhere in the squad to take the loss and arguably improve squad balance.

The Fourth Amendment requires probable cause be supported by “Oath or affirmation” before a warrant can issue, but the Supreme Court effectively removed that requirement in Jones v. US.
Today, @IJ filed a cert. petition in Mendenhall v. Denver, urging the Court to put it back.
