This man rammed an ICE vehicle with his car and then attempted to drive over an ICE agent. But does this mean we get to sue Mexico for every illegal immigrant crime?

OMG. The supervising ICE agent says if the workers don't have an expectation of privacy, the ICE agents can trespass at will, but no, no, NO! Even if the workers have no rights at all, it doesn't mean the ICE agents can trespass on employer property. ICE is taking the standard for the workers to have standing to sue as the standard for the agents to enter a property. 🤯

US citizen Leonardo Garcia Venegas spent months trying to get DOJ and DHS to disclose the identities of the anonymous DHS agents who have illegally abducted him three times in Alabama, so that he could sue them. They refused but finally a court has ordered them to.

A man stole William Woods's identity, then accused Woods of stealing his, had Woods prosecuted, jailed, and drugged in a mental ward. A dogged detective solved it. Is an above-guidelines sentence justified? Yes, explains Judge Gruender. Might be the craziest fact section yet!
