@AmericanAir gotta love it when you can hop on an earlier flight & get home before kids go to sleep… Only to have that flight delayed by 2 hours & still miss that window. I wish I could miss my goals without any repercussions.

@AmericanAir wow. Don’t fly you guys for years and then delayed first leg the other day followed by a 4 hour delayed leg today. And you dismissed my paid seat change & didn’t tell me. Seriously?

@clear why do I pay for your service? Your PreCheck machines are “down” at #MSY, but only for the PreCheck lines. They don’t look down.

Well friends it’s looking like I’m going to be raising my 10 yr old niece. Starting over at almost 60. But I’ll be dammed if she goes to foster care with strangers. Over my dead body. The poor kid doesn’t have anyone fighting for her except me.

@united My relative is dealing with their issue at the moment. My relative who has been traveling with me for at least 18 years. Never once changed their profile. Never changed their TSA Pre-Check KTN. How does your system arbitrarily change their birthday? Please explain.

@united how the hell does someone’s birthday change on their profile? You’d think that for someone who has been traveling most of their life (as a child & now adult), you’d have their birthday correct in YOUR system.

@reynolds_heath @united @SouthwestAir I don’t travel nearly as much as you. That said, if you’re flying 3 weeks out of the month & you can barely make Gold on @united, there is something wrong with their program.

Time to find another airline. @united changing the #MileagePlus requirements again. Full year of flying & barely making Gold. I once traveled about 1/2 of what I do now for Gold. Won’t make it next year with these updates. 20 year flyer. Guess I need to look at @SouthwestAir
