@jasonjonsmith We’ve got a huge juniors section. They can access a full range of track and field coaching with the club, but as I’m an endurance coach I tend to look after the youngest ones and do agility, balance, coordination, as well as track etiquette. Basically lots of fun games and relays

I coach a primary age group at the running track once a week and this is the first time anyone’s ever given me a sticker. A unicorn squishmallow, from one of my 7yos (She found it on the floor) 🥰

Hi, @SouthernRailUK @networkrail is there a reason why all the external lights are on at Sutton Station at 6.45pm? It might be a one off, but thought it’s worth a mention. Even if all your light fittings are LED this is an unnecessary cost.

@scullyp Paul, maybe you could offer an alternative rather than just shouting the idea down. Maybe even take some of the ideas from residents and arrange a meeting…. Air pollution in the capital is a major issue, so we can’t just brush this under the carpet and forget about it.

The Mayor has given so little time for people to adapt, people on lower incomes and one man band businesses will be worst affected. Scrappage scheme is not enough & the bottom has fallen out of the market for affordable #ULEZ compliant vehicles because of the speed of change

It was a very still but very cold Curbar Edge this morning. The villages of Curbar and Calver are still waiting for the sun to get high enough in the sky to provide some sunlight.

A life without driving, flying, eating meat & dairy & plastic wrapped everything is clearly not the same as going back to ‘living in a cave’. But carrying on doing things YOU KNOW are destroying your own chance of a survivable future is inarguably backward thinking.
