@SouthwestAir so your new system is not good. I purchased the most expensive fare, sitting in 4A but no nearby bin space. On top of that, we watched 3 spirit fa’s preboard with 3 carry on’s each, taking away bin space from paying pax. Never had this issue before in the prev 25 yr
