Over the past two years, PyTorch Foundation has evolved into an umbrella foundation hosting PyTorch, @vllm_project, @DeepSpeedAI & @raydistributed, with expanded governance, global programs, and production-grade infrastructure supporting open source AI at scale. Under Matt White’s (@matthew_d_white) leadership as Executive Director, PyTorch Foundation strengthened cross-project technical coordination, scaled international conferences and community programs, and advanced multi-cloud CI. Now, our leadership structure is evolving: Matt will serve as CTO of PyTorch Foundation, alongside his role as Global CTO of AI at Linux Foundation.
