Always enjoy meeting the next generation of leaders from AZ-06!
Great to welcome the bright students and dedicated staff members from St. Michael’s School in Tucson during their visit to the Capitol and answer their thoughtful questions about Congress.
Honored to join the @AZChamber to talk about the historic tax relief I supported and the bipartisan work I’m doing to deliver results for Arizona. By cutting burdens on our small businesses and backing pro-growth policies, we’re helping them reinvest in our communities and create jobs across our state.
If Trump was killed last night and I tweeted this, how would you describe me??
Trump just died. Good, I’m glad he’s dead. He can no longer hurt innocent people!
I HATE F’n Buc-ee’s! Am I the only one consistently running into annoying jerks while @TeslaCharging . Don’t we have bigger problems in the world? RECOMMENDATION. Find a place that wants your business. 500 stops around the country ZERO Problems. 3 Buc-ees stops, 3 problems! That’s not a coincidence!
@RepCiscomani Why is that a benefit only VA employees deserve? If you cared about this issue - you would make sure it was codified for everyone under federal law. Where is your legislation for that Juan?
VA employees work tirelessly to care for our nation’s heroes. As a father of six, I understand how important those first days with a newborn are.
My bipartisan bill would give dedicated VA employees additional time to care for their newborn children, helping them be there for those early, precious days.
FIRST MARKUP: Military Construction and Veterans Affairs bill passed unanimously out of @HouseAppropsGOP. 💪
As the ONLY appropriator from Arizona in the House or Senate, I’m fighting to protect AZ06 taxpayer dollars & bring them home.
@RepCiscomani@SecKennedy Start by not pricing Americans out of affordable healthcare. Routine care saves lives and costs less than the alternative. Also, RFK Jr is a crackpot.
Honored to have @SecKennedy join a roundtable in Marana with healthcare leaders from across AZ06. An invaluable opportunity to collaborate on how we can advance our shared mission of making America healthy again and evaluating our local communities needs national attention.
Great discussion with leaders who offer so much to our local communities and who each offer a special and unique service to Southeastern Arizona.
@DirtyTesLa So many FSD complaints fall into the bucket of "don't tell me what to do." Reducing speed during heavy rain makes perfect sense, and clearly human drivers would ignore that practice if given the option.
@it_unprofession I ran IT for a law firm. Partners were notorious about falling for our phishing tests. Got one of them with a Dunkin' phish. He was pissed he didn't get his free donuts. I brought in a dozen Dunkin' donuts and left them on his desk as a peace offering. He still had to train.
Our IT department has weaponized my love of free food.
They send out internal phishing test emails to see who will click malicious links.
The first one was an email from UPS about a missed package.
I didn't click it.
I'm a professional.
The second one was a notice about mandatory password resets.
I ignored it.
I know how SSO works.
But yesterday, they sent an email titled "Leftover catering in the third-floor breakroom."
It included a button to RSVP for a slice of gourmet cheesecake.
I clicked it so fast my mouse almost broke.
Instead of cheesecake, I got a red screen telling me I had failed a cybersecurity drill.
Now I have to take a 45-minute online training module about email vigilance.
This is pure entrapment.
If you promise an engineer free dairy products, all threat models go out the window.
The Working Families Tax Cuts were written with EVERY hardworking Americans in mind. From Casa Grande to Cochise County, tipped workers keep more of their hard-earned income. This tax season, these employees are set to receive ~$1,300 back in their pockets.
Real relief straight to their pockets!
@SenMarkKelly Maybe it is time to admit that the TSA is an ineffective bureaucracy. The American people would be better served by moving back to a private airport security model that existed before 9/11. The TSA should have an oversight role.
The Senate unanimously passed a deal to end the shutdown and get paychecks to workers who’ve been working without pay for over a month. And now Republicans in the House failed to pass the bipartisan deal.
Here’s why this is so important 🧵
I’m fully aware that this job requires tons of travel and crazy hours, but it does indeed bug me that I’m here in DC at 11:30pm voting (for the 4th time!) to fully fund the Homeland budget and missing my kids hoops game tomorrow morning back in Washington because the Senate pulled their BS stunt last night. 🇺🇸
@RepCiscomani Stop with your BS. You know the problem is that funding ICE results in dead innocent Americans. It's called compromise. You want TSA paid? Agree to reforms for ICE and CBP.
TSA employees and their families are being pushed to the brink - some even sleeping in their cars to save on gas or taking on second jobs just to make ends meet.
It is unacceptable that Democrats’ political games have created this kind of uncertainty for hardworking Americans.

The House has once again passed funding for @DHSgov — and it was bipartisan.
My Pay Our Homeland Defenders Act fully funds DHS and ensures these hardworking men and women get their paychecks.
The Senate needs to act NOW.
