Not to detract from Carol being an absolute star because she is but wow, that is a very, very striking image of a production that's meant to represent the entire country.

Dr. Angus Dalgleish — one of Britain’s most respected oncologists and immunologists — is sounding a serious alarm. He warns that we’ve entered a new dark age in universities, scientific research, and government, driven by political correctness and woke ideology. Dalgleish calls it a cancer that has infected the heart of academia and the soul of the civil service. Political correctness, he says, is fundamentally anti-scientific: it decides in advance what you’re allowed to say, observe, and conclude. Truth becomes secondary to dogma. He compares the current denial to alcoholism — nothing gets fixed until institutions first admit there’s a deep problem. It’s a sobering warning from a senior scientist who has watched the rot spread for years. The clip is only 1:56 long, but it hits hard. Are we already too far gone, or is there still time to push back before these institutions completely lose their ability to seek truth?

I queued up for over an hour tonight to get the last ever £3 fish supper from the cheapest chippy in the UK before the prices go up Stan and his family have been feeding the local community for over 20 years, they charge £3 for haddock and chips, and a sauce, under a third of the UK average price of £10. The shop is in one of the most deprived areas of the town, where many struggle to put food on the table His prices mean people eat a meal at a price they can afford The price of fish has risen dramatically over the last few weeks going from around £1.50 per kilo to £3.70 Mathews chippy prides itself on serving the community they supply me for FREE all my meals I provide to the homeless in my town they are a credit to the community and a jewel in our crown they put the great into Grimsby but they're too struggling with the costs of everything rising Tonight saw me served the last ever £3 fish supper before prices rise on Tuesday to £3.50, please show me a meal that can match this in the UK for £3.50 right on your doorstep in the heart of your community

🚨VETERANS & BIKERS ROAR THROUGH WHITEHALL 🇬🇧✊🏼 Hundreds of ex-soldiers and bikers took to the streets of London today in a powerful Rolling Thunder protest outside Parliament and Whitehall. They served Queen & Country in Northern Ireland. Decades later, many are now elderly - yet Labour wants to repeal the Troubles Legacy Act and reopen old cases against them, while terrorists walk free. This is absolutely disgusting. Our heroes deserve peace, not persecution. But what else do you expect from this anti British government? @RupertLowe10 @RestoreBritain_ Please follow @MrMaryJaneee He was there today who sent me some clips to put the following video together ✊🏼🇬🇧

A large number of people (mostly men, in my experience) who're sympathetic to some of women's opposition to gender identity ideology, nevertheless think it's cruel to point out that a trans-identified man looks like a man, and unkind not to 'respect' his pronouns. They think these are 'compromises' women should be prepared to make. 'What does it matter?' they say. 'How does it hurt you?' The psychological effects of being coerced, manipulated or pressured into doing something that is against a person's own beliefs or values are well known. 'Moral injury' occurs when a person is forced to betray deep-held convictions, or stand in silence while those convictions are being betrayed. The individual feels transgressed at a core level. The inevitable consequences are stress, anxiety and anger. Workplaces across the west have imposed a Kafkaesque situation on women. A belief system most people consider nonsensical, but which, in elite circles, has become almost a religion, has been imposed from on high. Women are being persecuted and punished for not pretending they think men can change sex. The policing of pronouns, and the harassment and shaming of women who won't pretend they can't recognise a man when they see one, is merely the tip of genderism's gigantic, threatening iceberg. Any man who seeks to force women to play along with the fantasy that he's female is engaging in a typically male power play. At worst, he will suffer narcissistic injury from her non-compliance, but that doesn't make him objectively vulnerable. The non-compliant woman, though, suffers lasting moral injury by being forced to participate daily in a lie - a lie, moreover, that constitutes a fundamental threat to her own rights to privacy, dignity and safety. It has been profoundly illuminating to see how many people - possibly because their own values spring, not from a place of rationality or true conviction, but from fashion and self-interest - see male narcissistic injury as so very much more worthy of compassion than the moral injuries suffered by women.

@Plaid_Cymru came to our house with leaflets. A woman asked me if we would vote for Plaid. I said, no, because you don't protect women and children's rights. She said, Plaid believes in equality. I replied that I didn't, I want discrimination, women only spaces where men in frocks are not allowed. According to the law. She wanted examples, Supreme Court ruling FWS -v- Scottish Ministers, she'd never heard of it. 'Trans-ing' children is wrong, she wasn't sure. Plaid's own web-site about 'trans' rights. She didn't know there was one. Hopeless, it's hopeless. Don't vote for Plaid.

To prove she's doing a good job, and you are all wrong and the streets ARE safe, Jess Phillips takes a late night stroll in Colchester, surrounded by bodyguards and half the local police force. She doesn't spot any rapists or murderers and isn't accosted. She then visits a closed nightclub to hunt for gropers or predators and doesn't find any there either.

🚨BBC Newsnight Fiery Debate: Labour MP Rachel Blake Lectures on “Tolerance” When Called Out On Illegal Immigration On BBC Newsnight, Jacob Rees-Mogg stated plainly: “I want zero illegal migrants.” Labour MP Rachel Blake immediately shot back: “You do not speak for the British people.” Rees-Mogg fired back that polling shows the public agrees with him on stopping the boats. Blake then launched into a lecture about how Britain is a “decent, compassionate and tolerant country that thrives on those values.” Rees-Mogg warned that Labour’s approach would mean hundreds of thousands more people coming in. When pressed, Blake claimed they’d simply “have a new agreement” but when Rees-Mogg demanded she give a specific figure for how many Labour would allow or control, she refused to provide one. Classic Labour: lots of virtuous slogans about tolerance from Rachel Blake, zero straight answers on illegal migration, and a clear refusal to level with the British public.

So, Hamza Iqbal, Rehan Khan, and a 17-year-old dual British-Pakistani national have been charged with blowing up four Jewish ambulances next to a Synagogue. Please don’t assume their motives for attacking Jews has anything to do with Pakistan or Islam though, that would be racist and Islamophobic.

@ArchRose90 @karentaylor2100 An attack motivated by religious hatred and racism but the authorities aren’t treating it as a terror attack. I suspect they are relieved they can claim it’s not terror related in order to maintain that “community cohesion” they seem so dedicated to.
