@MdRafatSiddiqui models like this are made using photogrammetry (RealityCapture/ Agisoft) or LiDAR, then imported into blender as point clouds (.ply/.xyz), cleaned up, and exported as .glb / gltf

@dopaminefboyy thanks, simply put i took the models and stored the vertex positions into an object alongside original positions, then wrote some logic for the circular brownian displacement and then animated them out & in with the help of gsap.
