@disabilityharpy @fesshole Absolutely and there are probably other things, like learning difficulties/disabilities. However, on the scale of the general public... I doubt that this is the majority of people with bad oral health.

Dentist for 20 years but still amazed at how a large number of people don't give a shit about oral hygiene. I've seen some truly disgusting sights and continually marvel over how these people have been allowed to get close enough to another human being to procreate with them.

@vincent_paver @fesshole Absolutely but I don't think that's what OP means. I would bet the vast majority just don't know how to sign up, don't have time or are just lazy. Learning difficulties/disabilities should also be considered. However, these are minority cases, I'm willing to bet

It would cost £10bn to give NHS Staff the payrise they deserve. The government would receive £8.1bn of that back in staff spending in their communities & their increased payments in tax back to the treasury. Withholding that money from staff is a Tory attempt to cripple the NHS
