Normally, I do not comment on Supreme Court judgements and only those who have a case can speak. But if a judgement is given against voiceless animals, then one has to raise their voice. The court order is not practical, it is inhuman. Who will decide whether a stray dog is dangerous and it should be administered the death injection? I feel, the court order will open up the gates of atrocities on voiceless stray dogs. Animal activist Menaka Gandhi's suggestion is right. If the State wants to lower the number of stray dogs, there should be a massive sterilization and vaccination drive for such homeless animals. I would rather prefer the apex court to direct all state governments to start this on a war footing. rajatsharma.in/?p=12573

@narendramodi,@AmitShah,@LtGovDelhi,@gupta_rekha,@MCD_Delhi,@DelhiAirport,@delhipolice यात्रियों, डॉयल, एमसीडी से पूछताछ के बाद सामने आया है कि डॉयल एयरपोर्ट पर मौजूद करीब 250 कुत्तों के साथ यात्री को काटने आड़ में लगातार उत्पीड़न कर रहा है। ये कुत्ते सुरक्षित नहीं है। इस मामले में एयरपोर्ट पुलिस भी चुप है डॉयल का साथ दे रही है। एमसीडी के अधिकारियों ने नाम नही उजागर के शर्त पर बताया कि डॉयल डॉग बाइट की सूचना देती रहती थी,पर जब शिकायत पर पहुंचा तो शिकायत गलत थी। कर्मचारियों का कहना है कि डॉयल झूठी शिकायत कर कुत्तों को वहां से हटाने के लिए दबाब बनाता है जो डॉग बर्थ रूल का उल्लंघन है। जब एमसीडी ने डॉयल के इस दबाव को मानने से मना कर दिया तो अपने ही कांट्रेक्टरों के माध्यम से वहां पर मौजूद कुत्तों को पकड़कर हटाने की कोशिश की है। एमसीडी ने बताया कि हमें इस बात की शिकायत नहीं मिली है। डॉयल के अधिकारी का साफ 2 साफ अमानवीय रूप से कहना है कि कुत्ते यात्रियों को काटते है। पशु प्रेमियों का आरोप है कि यह समस्या करीब ढाई साल से आई है जब स्टेट मैनेजमेंट की हेड डॉयल में नीरज शर्मा आई है। वो कुत्ते को एयरपोर्ट पर देखना ही नही चाहती है। एक 12साल के उम्रदराज कुत्ते जिसके दांत ही झड़ गए उस कुत्ते पर काटने का आरोप लगाकर लगातार जेके कोंट्रेक्टर आनंद सोलंकी के माध्यम से न केवल उत्‍पीड़न करती थी,वहां मौजूद कुत्तों को भोजन भी नही देने देती है। पशु प्रेमियों का कहना है कि भूखे कुत्तों के व्यवहार में चिड़चिड़ापन हो सकता है। डॉयल ढाई साल पहले के डॉग बाइट का प्रूफ दे। यह समस्या नई स्टेटहेड मैनेजमेंट के कारण है। जिस तरह से कुत्तो को एक प्राइवेट कर्मचारियों के द्वारा पकड़ते,फोटो,वीडियो सामने आई है इसके लिए डॉयल एनिमल बर्थ कंट्रोल का उल्लंघन का दोषी है। कुत्तो को पकड़ने रेस्क्यू का अधिकार केवल एमसीडी के वेटरनरी विभाग के पास है। अगर डॉग बाइट की शिकायत थी तो एमसीडी को बुलाना चाहिए। नही आने पर अधिकारियों के पास शिकायत करनी चाहिए ,कोर्ट में जाना चाहिए पर यह सब नही किया और खुद कानून हाथ मे लेकर कुत्तो का उत्पीड़न कर रेस्क्यू शुरू कर दिया,यह कानून को चुनोती देना है दैनिक भास्कर ई-पेपर पढ़ने के लिए यहां क्लिक करके ऐप इंस्टॉल करें - dainik.bhaskar.com/dUpPSRHcP2b

@CgsHospital What's your emergency policy? It was 6:45 PM and 2 folks had brought a street dog that had been hit by a vehicle. The staff at the reception mentioned that emergency charges will apply for immediate treatment.
