Please don't say it's #bestpractices to convince someone to do something. It's much not different than a parent saying "because I said so". People learn and innovate best when they know why they are doing something.

@RogersHelps I appreciate how busy you all must be. I am wondering why the TV and Internet were working when I went to bed, but wasn't working when I got up this morning. I just want to know if it's an issue with just my house or it's a core infrastructure thing

@RogersHelps I only want to know if it's a system outage that is impacting our service. The rogers.com/outages site has information that is factual, though not overly informative.
