My wife’s been watching this show and there was another immigration issue in an earlier episode.

It comes down to this:
Mizkif is arguing that Emiru stating that what happened between them was SA is defamation per se because it is a criminal accusation.
Emiru’s legal team is arguing that given the full context of the live stream, confirmation by Mizkif that the event happened as Emiru claimed, and first amendment protected rhetorical hyperbole, upheld by the Supreme Court in Greenbelt Publishing v. Bresler (1970), that a reasonable person would understand that this was not SA.
Emiru’s legal team substituted “rhetorical hyperbole” with “emotional truth” in the filing.
Mizkif’s legal team is arguing that emotional truth and rhetorical hyperbole do not apply here, and that Emiru knowingly misrepresented the event to defame Mizkif.
What I get stuck on is this:
If we say Emiru accused Mizkif of SA while knowing that it wasn’t, wouldn’t a recounting of the event by both parties lead a reasonable person to also understand it was not SA, and instead was rhetorical hyperbole?
And if it was not rhetorical hyperbole, and a reasonable person could not understand that what happened wasn’t SA, how can you claim Emiru knowingly misrepresented it for the purpose of defaming Mizkif?

We all know you want the communist leadership to stay in power with no reform whatsoever.
Just like in Iran, you want your far left dictatorship to stay in power despite what the people want.
The US doesn’t need to use force to change regime or encourage reform in Cuba. The fact of the matter is no matter what state sponsored journalist you interview on stream, the Cuban people want change.
And the US is willing to help facilitate that change in as peaceful a manner as possible, but some concessions need to be made. Primarily the dealings with Russia and China, the two other superpowers in today’s world.
Pretending that everything is fine, and if it isn’t fine it’s because of US embargo’s and not corrupt leadership is blatant dishonesty.

Let’s say these are all remote hospice companies where the staff goes to the patients house. This isn’t all hospice, but it is common.
Let’s say this building is a hospice Mecca and all of the top hospice facilities in LA have their businesses registered here.
And let’s say all the rooms were empty because even the office staff works remotely and they just need a cheap physical space to list on the business license.
