Flip through the comments/responses. If you’re a CFL fan and you wonder about the stagnation of the league. You’ve got your answer. Even my illegitimate sons over at 3 down are trying to combat me with an anti Super Bowl metric tweet. I’m genuinely confused. We’re dumping Epstein files, parading names, laying out rape and pedophilia like it’s a damn spreadsheet, and then… nothing. No arrests. No perp walks. No accountability. So what’s the plan here exactly? Are we just supposed to stare at this filth, rage-scroll, and pretend exposure equals justice? Free speech means the government can’t jail you for your opinions.
It does not mean taxpayers have to subsidize them.
You’re free to say whatever you want.
Churches and non-profits are not free to use tax-exempt status to host political advocacy. That’s not censorship, that’s a contract with the CRA. Break it, lose the tax benefits.
Speech isn’t being banned.
The subsidy is being regulated.

Friendly reminder for the “it’s just a discussion” crowd/ Alberta & Sask Prosperity Project:
Churches and other tax-exempt organizations cannot host or platform political advocacy events and then hide behind vibes.
The CRA doesn’t care what you call it.
They care what it does. If an event is meant to influence public opinion, mobilize support, or legitimize a political movement, that’s political activity and providing space, credibility, or promotion counts as indirect support.
Tax-exempt status comes with rules.
Break them, and the CRA brings audits, not opinions.
You can host politics.
Or you can keep the tax break.
You don’t get both.

@jjvoss For Trump to run for a third term, the 22nd Amendment of the US Constitution—which limits presidents to two terms—would need to be replealed/altered. This requires a constitutional amendment approved by 2/3’s of both the House and Senate, followed by ratification by 38 states

It was a well written speech, good politics at home. But not what the country needed. The CUSMA review starts in 5 months. No 'middle power' arrangement comes even close to that economic opportunity and risk for Canada. CUSMA, not politics at home has to be the PM's #1 priority
