Most gyms would have signs to say wipe down after use? 

And Stephen’s respon
There is a cleaning station on the main floor which everyone can use. Everything can be found in the terms and conditions when people sign up regarding wiping down !

Please explain why there is no cleaning station available in the ladies gym? Why are you ok for bacteria , germs, sweat etc to be passed from person to machine to person again?

@PureGym. I highlighted the lack of cleaning stations and cleaning products in the gym . I asked Stephen ( deputy mgr ) if Pure Gym values its members health, and that bacteria, germs and goodness what are still rife .. sadly no response. I asked Stephen to explain why there are

@corgihomeplan I’ve replied. It’s just not good enough , you shouldn’t ignore calls . The online system is not suitable for majority of elderly or who are not tech savvy. You need to do better. I’m really disappointed and just need to know you will be sending an engineer today

@corgihomeplan Hi is anyone available to answer an emergency boiler call? Been sat in your waiting room for 40mins . Is anyone there to pick up the phone ? My pension age parents are without heating and water and they have been trying to get through all day. I’m concerned

@Zipcar I have an issue of not been given the option to pay a lower fee within 14days cos of your admin time to react. the amount is deducted straight away from my account leaving no window if I chose to appeal. you review your services as this is a violation of my credit card!

@Zipcar no response from admin so I’ll try Twitter. I recently received an email of a parking violation. I accept I didn’t fully check the parking notices because it was raining and obscured by building work and lorries nearby.
