So many people saying, “employers need to pay their employees.” 42 states pay $2.13 (ish) as a cash wage before tips. This is a federal rule. Servers rely on tips because the base wage is so low. So if you can’t afford a tip, stay home.

If you rack up a $1,800 dinner bill and tip $30, you’re a horrible person. 😒
