I’m (was) a 13.4 and shot a 78 over the weekend. Was even through 12 with three bogeys, a birdie, and eagle. Up till 14, I was feeling great. Rolling the ball very well and made a ton of saves. Had the pressure not mounted to crack 80 for the first time, I would have gone much lower. I think it’s statistically unlikely that a 16 will shoot a 75, but not in the realm of impossible.
