Update and it’s not great. Discount tire is closed on Sunday so went to a local Firestone. They said they could not patch it and refused to patch it. They said it was too close to the wall of the tire. Really had no choice but to get a new tire, they didn’t have the OEM tires in stock so I’ll have a mismatched one which sucks, I hate that. They gave me a little bit of a discount but had to spend $300 on a tire wasn’t on my agenda for this trip. It is what it is.

Just woke up and see a lot of comments telling me to “just plug it yourself it’s not difficult”. Thanks for the suggestions but this is the scenario 👇 1. I don’t even have a tire plug kit with me. 2. Iv never plugged a tire. 3. Im not going to try to mess with that while we have a 10 hour+ roadtrip home. 4. Discount tire can do it for free or a local Firestone shop that is a few miles down the road can do it for $35 professionally. So no I’m not going to just do it myself. Is it something I might learn to do in the future? Yeah sure but on a Sunday at 7am when you’re trying to get home? No. I filled the tire up last night and the Good news is it’s a very slow leak. The front right tire is one with the nail.

@JSX423 @johnese3839 @Tesla Also, our street is divided with a boulevard. When heading north FSD 14 used to try to turn across the grass or it would get stuck in a loop going around the block. We always make a U turn to get to the southbound side of the road & our driveway. Now FSD also always U turns too

Not being able to read signs is becoming dangerous - especially if 14.3 actually can read signs. "Traffic from left doesn't stop" FSD treats like a 4 way stop. 500 voice notes here. Most critical safety disengagement I've ever had and I apologize to the person I freaked out. @Tesla_AI

@JSX423 @johnese3839 @Tesla I used to think this, but now I think there must be something. For example, we always back in to our driveway/garage. At first FSD 14 would try to pull in. Now it backs in every time.

@brandenflasch @FutureAZA What have you found is the best way to find them? I tend to use PlugShare, but it takes a significant amount of time to check pricing & then search out availability of rooms.

FSD is so painful to use around others at 🛑 controlled intersections without painted lines. You DO NOT need to stop at the 🛑 AND then stop again at the road edge with visibility. By law in 49 states you stop at the road edge with visibility. Look how natural the car is in front of me - they still stopped to 0. @Tesla_AI - do you know this? @yunta_tsai - just asking for a fender bender with this ridiculous behavior. @FSDyinzer

@brandenflasch @DrILikeTheStock Plenty of examples of barely 4% after 2 years, like mine. Tesla uses essentially the same batteries as the majority of the industry. From BYD, CATL, etc.

@n_fantastik @brandenflasch @GM @chevrolet Kia gave us a gas Sorento loaner & will reimburse us for our gas, but it’s terrible driving a gas car. I’ve been 100% EV since 2016 so after 10 yrs of almost never driving an ICE it’s awful having to drive one every day, even if I don’t have to pay for gas

@joel_acker @brandenflasch @GM @chevrolet I actually did start the process and a week later decided to back out. I love the truck and it's optioned how I want it, so I'm just going to keep it. GM is paying for the 4wt rental until it's fixed. But, 2 months is pretty ridiculous.

Well, it seems I'm hitting a wall with @GM over a $46 part that is unobtainable until 5-15 at the earliest. That'll make 2 months of downtime for my Silverado EV. Truly unacceptable @chevrolet

After some additional hoop jumping, I've learned the dealership is waiting on a new receiver/dryer with a May 18th ETA! 😱 So, I decided to order one and see how long it takes me to get it outside of the warranty process.

@n_fantastik @brandenflasch @GM @chevrolet Ok, so does the process with GM only end in buyback? Our Kia EV9 was broken by the dealer & the computer they think will fix it is indefinitely back ordered so I’m starting to consider our options. We also like the car, but being without it for many weeks or months stinks

Sawyer is a propagandist, period. He posted these as a positive until he realize it is not such a good look for Tesla and then removed them. I don’t know if he did it on his own or at Tesla’s request, but it wouldn’t be the first time he deleted something after upsetting Tesla/Elon. He is a propagandist. Period.

Is Tesla watching @01Ananto vids? The fact 14.3 drove over a curb in a reverse maneuver with 100% visibility is hard to believe. This was a 14.1 and 14.2 issue for 7 months. Making contact with visible objects (like curbs) is not ok.

@JDStringfellow @brandenflasch @SteveSasman @TeslaCharging It’s that you can’t get 250 kW if the site is full. The total power of the site is not 250 kW per stall or 500 kW per stall, it’s much less than that. But since Teslas only hold their peak power for a few minutes most ppl will never notice even when at a busy Supercharger

@brandenflasch @walls_jason1 This is what our electrician did for us since the utility would not allow us to increase our service beyond 100 amps. So we have a 60 amp 240v EV circuit on a 100 amp panel. Going strong almost 2 years without issue

Yesterday Mark Cuban reposted my work, DM'd me, and told me to keep telling my story. So here it is. I'm a Master Electrician. IBEW Local 369. 15 years pulling wire in Kentucky. Zero coding background. I didn't go to Stanford. I went to trade school. Every week I'd show up to a home where someone just bought a Tesla or a Rivian. And every time, someone had already told them they needed a $3,000-$5,000 panel upgrade to install a charger. 70% of the time? They didn't need it. The math is in the NEC — Section 220.82. Load calculations. But nobody was doing them for homeowners. Electricians upsell. Dealers don't know. And the homeowner just pays. I got angry enough to build something about it. I found @claudeai. No coding experience. I just started talking to it like I'd explain a job to an apprentice. "Here's how load calcs work. Here's the NEC code. Now help me build a tool that does this." 6 months later — @ChargeRight is live. Real software. Stripe payments. PDF reports. NEC 220.82 calculations automated. $12.99 instead of a $500 truck roll. I'm still pulling wire. I still take service calls. I wake up at 5:05 AM for work. But something shifted. Yesterday @vivilinsv published my story as Claude Builder Spotlight #1. Mark Cuban saw it. The Claude community showed up. And for the first time, I felt like this thing I built in my kitchen might actually matter. I'm not a tech founder. I'm a dad who wants to coach little league and be home for dinner. I just happened to build something that helps people. If you're in the trades and thinking about using AI — do it. The barrier isn't technical skill. It's believing you're allowed to try. EVchargeright.com

@CyberFarmerX @JSX423 Except that once you go back to Standard it starts speeding back up & soon is going 70+ again which is a guaranteed ticket in rural areas where police stop drivers for 5 over, or even less.

@JSX423 But if you move to chill temporarily, it will bring speed down and then you bring it back up to standard. It's inconvenient, yes, but it works for now.

The day Tesla removed max speed control should have been the day Tesla started to pay our insurance and pay our fines. This is the only way it would make sense. We are 100% responsible for these things, yet have no control of our max speed, other than unpredictable profiles. @Tesla_AI @pduan

@randomguyonx2 @JSX423 @CyberFarmerX It does on 55 MPH rural highways in Iowa & Minnesota where the typical speed is anywhere from 58-65 for most vehicles. Chill goes 57 & standard goes at least 70. Even if I scroll down to chill once I put it back to Standard it speeds back up slowly

@JSX423 @LiftoffElectric @Tesla_AI The gaps of the profiles is terrible. On 55 MPH rural highways you can go 57 in chill or 70 in standard. That’s ridiculous! There’s no way to go 5-7 MPH over

You still are not understanding my point... It is about gaps!!! so if you think that 57 is fine then 60 should be standard and 65 should be hurry... But it's not - standard is 70 so chill should be 63. And if you're going 70 you're not going to get a ticket on this road because like I said the average speed is 75 to 80

For all the non believers to prove that Chill is not only: 1. Locked to +2mph speed limit on highway, But 2. Immediately goes back to +2mph limit after letting off accelerator. Standard will hold at 69 (+14mph) if you accelerate to 69. So weird. So broken. @Tesla_AI
