@British_Airways Hi Cody, as per my message, your online system doesn’t support all my receipt attachments (I think it’s max 12 - I have 19) and has a max word count, which is too short so this doesn’t work for me. I need a CS email address please.

Absolutely appalling service from @wizzair. Grandma couldn’t fly after having a fall and needing surgery. 7 weeks & still waiting for the money back. Have called 6 times in 2 weeks. Getting nowhere and price of next flight I need to book for 12th Sept is sky-rocketing! 😡 Livid.
