@markasaurus @united I feel your pain! Was stuck in EWR for 48 hours Sunday -> Tuesday. Finally got out on last standby seat on the 6:30am flight Tuesday (which, of course, was delayed 5 hours...). Absolute mess out there.

@_ZachGriff @AmericanAir I just got out of 48 hours in EWR trying to get to SFO... was a nightmare in EWR. 3 separate "boarding -> pushback -> return to gate -> cancel" experiences across Sunday and Monday. Ultimately won the standby lottery on the delayed 6:30am today!

I cycled through 3 canceled and significantly delayed flights today, but @AmericanAir saved the day. Just landed in Miami 11 minutes early! Feel like I should go play the lottery. And, I'm exhausted from all these rebookings. Can't imagine how the average traveler handles this

@California_HCD Why this matters: Show this guidebook and relevant section to planning staff at city hall. This solves 80% of the common problems people face with their ADUs at the permit stage. It is the equivalent of IT's "turn it off and turn it back on again" for my business.

The @California_HCD has an updated version of the infinitely useful ADU Handbook, dated July 2022. hcd.ca.gov/sites/default/… New sections with clarifications on setbacks, room minimums, and more. Video update coming soon as always on the YouTube channel and tiktok!
