@Uber DO NOT depend on @uber on a steady income. I drove for Uber faithfully for 9 years with a 5.00 rating and they falsely accuse me of posting a fake drivers license and deactivated me permanently. They avoided making drivers employees so that they can deactivate you for no reason

@nyctophiliahh @Uber_Support Good luck. I just got hit w $150 with fake photos the driver submitted in LA. @uber support is worthless. They just put on a helpful front on Twitter then tell you you’re screwed in your email. Switch to @lyft and #deleteuber

I am highly disappointed with @Uber_Support at the fact that I was charged for cleaning fee for a damage I did not even cause despite the driver providing "evidence" though photos...

uber has scammed me! i called an uber but my phone had died so my friend called for a lft to come get us from a bar. i thought that it had not gone through apparently he came and no one was there so he took a gohst ride and charged a 150$ fee for cleaning.

@Uber I was charged a cleaning fee on my 4 minute ride home on Saturday. I have emailed and I am only receiving robot responses. The picture of "what I did" looks like white-out on the seats. As someone may have done this, it is very weird and it was not me. My refund is $80

Yo one of my Uber drivers from yesterday is trying to charge me $80 for a cleaning fee when i didn’t make a mess... I’m not paying to have this man’s car get cleaned on my card for no reason... it’s just not happening.

@Uber continued... Nobody forced him to accept the journey only to tell us he didn’t want to take us! He then used this as an excuse to charge us an extra £100 cleaning fee without our knowledge by coming to you guys and accusing us of throwing up in his car seats!
