@LydiardsWay What's the better way of running a hill session? Is it as simple as keeping effort at a level where you don't lose form etc? Or what's your thinking?

Observing a hill session last night. My overriding conclusion is that most were killing themselves on the hill. It was being ran like a torturous, grinding continous run. Still the coach is qualified....they know best.

@LydiardsWay Love this post mate. I made a comeback from January this year after 6 years away from the sport completely. now aged 25, it would've been easy to settle into married life. 10 or 11 months later I've came out with a new 10k PB (7 years old PB) of 36:00 for 10k 🙌🏻 hungry for more!

There's something great about a comeback in running. Getting out there getting a few runs together, a few weeks....months. Gradually transforming yourself, making little secret plans in your head. Playing it down with those who know you....waiting for your time.
