As a genealogist, I am well-studied in the census and their usage for research; we also used to have states taking their own census’, usually at the mid-point, 5 years, of the Federal ones. My concern is that each new Administration will now call for a new census each term…and manipulating the counts based upon their own agenda…which is the antithesis of what the census is supposed to be.

Surround yourself with people who assume the best of you. People who would speak good about you behind your back and when other people bring you up in rooms you aren't in, they will speak up " that hasn't been my experience " or walk away and remove their audience. Not everyone who smiles at you is your friend some are sabatour motivated by jealousy. Pray to God to take from your path anyone and anything that isn't from or of him. Speak positively about yourself even in your head. Love you so much that you notice when others don't. Your time is your greatest gift, invest it wisely. Also when it comes to hard things try and try again every successful person failed and learned from it and kept going. Don't lay down and feel defeated when it's just a detour. I realize people think that it's this easy, but in reality if she has been there a week and she was given a week's notice, she has a right to eviction. I don't love it. No one loves it. No one but her. And people like her. But the reality is if he called the police, the landlord or owner of the property would be at risk Of upwards of tens of thousands of dollars in fines. As well as allowing this woman and whoever else she had to live there at no cost. And if utilities were on on the property, the landowner would have to pay the utilities during a process. The length of which is determined by a judge. If the police were called they would side with the woman. If the police came, they would ask the landowner to leave the land and allow the woman to live peaceably. It could be as simple as having a piece of mail sent to her at this location. It could be as simple as giving a false lease and having power or water connected there. It could be as simple as sleeping on the porch for two or three nights and she would have a right to eviction. Many states have a 30-day staying there without being asked to leave before they have rights, but as a landowner you must realize that the law is not on your side and the law is not enforceable unless the mayor and the sheriff are like-minded with you and will actually enforce the law. In my many years of serving the community as a landlord, I have never met a sheriff that would remove anyone from my property for any reason. Including trespassing. I personally have been arrested for asking someone to leave my property and they had been there for less than 1 hour and we're not invited. I was drug away in handcuffs when I asked the sheriff to ask the woman to leave. III was charged with disturbing the peace on my own private property with no one complaining about me except the woman who was trespassing. Make it make sense people. The law exists to protect criminals from hard working people whom they have wronged, not the other way around. In cases of theft on video, they still won't arrest or detain or even investigate. Red handed or not at all. Fix it please.

@catturd2 Diesel is $8 in some locales in the south at the moment, $5 is common however. The $8 are outliers.

Gas is $2.89 per gallon where I live. The $8.00 per gallon bots must all live in California.

@Charlygotyou At the age of wrinkles ....no foundation, just skincare mascara and lip gloss is superior and maintains a youthful glow. Even for dates or special occasions I go bare and well hydrated.
