Yes indeed @CopaAirlines is officially the worst airline I've ever experienced. This coming from someone who flew 275,000 km this year

not a happy business class passenger with @CopaAirlines right now after they destroyed my brand new @away luggage. Reps at the GIG airport told me I must use their website to report the issue. The online claims process is not customer-friendly; I’ve been on the phone for AN HOUR.
