@BritishGas I’ve had no heat or hot water for near two weeks. Engineer came out 11pm Xmas Eve, boiler worked for a bit then broke again xmas day. Any chance of someone coming to fix it soon before my severely asthmatic son ends up in hospital?

@jon21292919 @BritishGasHelp The thing is the boiler was working fine till one of their engineers serviced it but the very basics should have been to leave a few temp heaters for people in their 70s the temperature was -11 at that point

@personjoel @BritishGasHelp That is the only option, they don't care how many times you complain, the CEO had nothing but contempt for employees before using fire or rehire for no reason. They disrespect customers with constant lies why they cant attend. If they can offer a poor service they will.
