Came across this interesting theory about Jason in GTA 6: - Based on Christian Bale’s character from Harsh Times as a former Army Ranger named Jim Davis (same initials as Jason Duval) - His ex-girlfriend is a Latina named Letty (Lucia) - He has an Army Ranger tattoo on his arm (Jason has a tattoo of the GTA equivalent of the Rangers on his arm) - He is a criminal who was rejected by the police department, but is in the process of being hired by shady Feds to lead tactical units in South America - It’s heavily implied in the movie that he “grew up around crooks”, much like Jason - The movie’s intro fits GTA 6 perfectly, which is a nightmare of one of his raids in Afghanistan that goes from stealth to full on assault before showing him waking up A fully fledged military combat mission tutorial that shows off the combat/stealth mechanics, to then having Jason wake up to some crazy GTA radio or ridiculous Florida Keys character banging on his door would be amazing.
