The biggest thing I wanted to highlight in talking to this news company was to highlight the corruption in Oakland's City Hall and the unfair treatment of working class landlords. @nikki4oakland @DanKalb @Kaplan4Oakland Bay Area media has not covered this story to the degree it deserves. Oakland leaders were corrupt, inept and absolute unjust in their treatment of working class landlords. They talk junk about helping black folks with reparations but it is BS because a lot of black folks have been forced to sell their generational wealth and leave Oakland for example. Because of their corrupt ways and actions from an unfair eviction moratorium, we cannot let them slide. They gentrify people of all races. PROPERTY RIGHTS should be respected in all of the United States but this Oakland this City Council tried to take, abuse and use private citizens properties for their evil experiments in housing. Thank you @SiyamakKhorrami and @EpochTimes for allowing me to tell the story of this Oakland City Council. @ClayTravis Gavin Newsom does have a base (approximately 10-15%): Rich liberal white boomers (Clintonistas, Republicans, and Jewish), gay men, and China. Newsom is not likable but his base is definable. Newsom has about a 20% of becoming the nominee. Newsom also trails Kamala Harris.

Kamala is going to be the nominee. The more Gavin Newsom talks the less people like him. If he were a black woman that wouldn’t matter, but Newsom has no base. He and Mayor Pete will battle for the white wine moms. Shapiro is Jewish and done. It’s going to be Kamala.

Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee is telling bold face lies about Measure E and Measure NN. Ignore this if you want. But understand this clearly: we intend to sue the City of Oakland over the broken promises tied to Measure NN, and city leaders will eventually have to explain these contradictions under oath, not behind podiums or campaign mailers. So go ahead, Measure E supporters. Barbara Lee supporters. Leave your comments. Defend it all publicly. The internet is forever, and we will revisit every one of these statements when this ends up in court. Measure NN was sold to voters with promises of public safety staffing and accountability. Now, suddenly, we’re told Oakland needs another parcel tax to fulfill the promises of the last parcel tax. And if you are voting yes on Measure E, ask yourself why. Why are you comfortable being misled over and over again? Why does protecting a political brand matter more than honesty, competence, or actual results? Oakland keeps paying more and getting less. More taxes. Fewer officers. Worse services. Endless excuses. No one seriously disputes that these promises are shifting in real time. Even the city’s own reports acknowledge they are failing to meet voter-mandated requirements. Yet the same political machine comes back demanding more money, more trust, and less scrutiny. This is unconscionable. The Governor of CA, an elected official meant to serve the constituents of this state, both individuals and their companies, is urging us to AVOID a company here. Incredibly unethical and disqualifying. No doubt a spiteful response to @Chevron informing the CA citizens that the reason our gas is always outrageously expensive is because of the CA gas tax. That is a FACT cause by the CA Gov. I will be intentionally buying gas at Chevron this week in LA.
