You need to be thinking more about the GABA / Glutamate balance. Too much glutamate relative to GABA can cause all sorts of problems: ➠ Toxicity of neurons ➠ Depression ➠ Anxiety ➠ Cortisol release ➠ Cognitive decline ➠ Migraine We need glutamate too, but it's often causing issues relative to GABA. You can raise GABAnergic tone and dampen glutamate with things like: ➠ Magnesium ➠ Agmatine sulfate ➠ Oral GABA ➠ NAC ➠ Theanine ➠ Dietary potassium

$TEM will become the Google of healthcare. There is a reason it is my largest position, let me explain why…. Tempus AI has evolved well beyond basic cancer testing. Its technology now sits at the heart of how doctors diagnose disease and choose treatments, helping physicians work faster while cutting down on needless invasive tests for patients. This dual benefit of better results at lower overall cost is what’s driving broader hospital and health system adoption. On the commercial side, the company has built deep ties with most major pharmaceutical giants and a wide range of biotech players. These collaborations use Tempus’s platform to uncover new biomarkers, better select trial participants, and streamline drug development, generating sticky, high margin revenue that’s woven into the R&D process of its partners. The biggest upside, however, comes from the shift toward multiomic testing becoming standard care. By combining insights from genetics, proteins, and metabolic markers, Tempus is helping push liquid biopsies (simple blood tests) as a faster, gentler alternative to traditional tissue sampling. Their recent partnership is expected to speed up progress in blood based detection, particularly in blood cancers where painful bone marrow procedures could eventually give way to routine draws. What truly sets the company apart is its massive, proprietary dataset which is now surpassing 450 petabytes of real world clinical, molecular, imaging, and patient outcome information. This isn’t something that can be bought or quickly assembled, even with unlimited funding. It’s the result of years of actual clinical use, patient participation, and iterative AI improvement. As the dataset expands, the accuracy of its tools, the usefulness of its products, and the difficulty of switching away from the platform all grow stronger creating a self reinforcing competitive edge. I see skeptics often point to potential threats from deep pocketed tech companies, but the real limiting factor isn’t money, it’s time. You can copy code, but you can’t fast forward the accumulation of clinically validated, multimodal real world evidence that regulators and payers already trust. Right now, investors still seem to price $TEM mainly as a traditional diagnostics business rather than as a scalable data and AI engine with broad applications across drug discovery and healthcare. As the industry moves toward paying for outcomes instead of procedures, companies that meaningfully improve care while lowering system wide expenses should see much richer valuations. If Tempus can claim even a small slice of the global oncology market through earlier detection and smarter treatment matching, the upside could be enormous. Of course, risks remain such as navigating reimbursement decisions, adapting to changing lab developed test rules, and scaling blood based testing without overwhelming doctors with false alarms. These challenges are real, but over a 10to 15 year view, the potential reward looks significantly larger than the downside. In my opinion, $TEM is trading at a meaningful discount to its long term potential. I see a fair value around $100 per share but there is no perfect way of valuing a pre GAAP profitable innovative company. This is my personal view only and not investment advice. Please do your own research before making any decision

This is the sound of the all-electric Tesla Semi. Deliveries of the new Production Version begin this year: • Long Range model has 500 miles of range with a full payload. • 1.7 kWh per mile efficiency (average diesel semis are roughly 5–7 kWh per mile equivalent energy use). • Tri-motor powertrain with 800 kW of power (~1,073 hp), 3x the power of the average diesel semi. • The battery in the Semi is designed to last 1M miles. • Standard Range model (325 mi) has a similar turning radius as a Tesla Model 3/Y. • 0.4 drag coefficient. • Independent truckers are able to buy a Semi for use, not just fleet owners. • Semi fleet uptime is at 95% due to extremely low maintenance and reliability. • Integrated safety features in the Semi protect not just the driver but others on the road as well. • Future wireless charging. • Semi uses the same 4680 battery cells found in the Cybertruck. • Semi can power a whole refrigeration trailer or any powered unit. The technology is shared with Cybertruck Powershare.

BREAKING: US-Iran talks are now centering around "getting a deadline extension, not a deal," as President Trump's deadline is 3 hours away, per WSJ. The White House says Trump's response to Pakistan's 2-week extension request is "coming." We will be covering it in real-time.

@maximumpain333 This advice is dangerous. Chronic sleep fragmentation raises cortisol, accelerates epigenetic aging, and impairs glucose regulation. Insomnia is associated with depression, metabolic disease, and early mortality.

🚨 Quantum wake-up call for ETH. Google’s quantum team just flagged it: The top 1,000 Ethereum wallets (~20.5M ETH) could be drained in 9 days without an urgent upgrade. $HBAR on Hedera? Already quantum-resistant by design — SHA-384 hashing, post-quantum ready, and enterprise-grade from launch. While others scramble, Hedera just keeps delivering. Future-proof your bags. #HBAR #QuantumResistant #Hedera

It's sad that most people live their entire lives in a perpetual state of lowered consciousness, they don't even realize that they aren't who they think they are. ➥ Brain fog / neuroinflammation ➥ Poor mitochondrial function ➥ Low dopamine ➥ Hormones out of whack All of this completely distorts your reality, causing you to be more self conscious, dull, tired, fearful, etc. Less creative, expressive, loving. Only by correcting your health can you discover your true self once again. You can cut through all of that. We can help get you there. Reach out if you need help. Your life depends on it. start.prism.miami/scheduling
