$80k–$220k/month brands are quietly scaling with “translated winners”
not new concepts
not original ideas
just proven ads adapted to new markets
look at this
same structure
same hook
different language
one in english
one in german
that’s it
no reinventing
no guessing angles
they take what’s already working
and deploy it again
that’s why it scales fast
1 proven concept
1 localized version
1 audience that hasn’t seen it yet
no heavy edits
no creative overhaul
just adaptation + speed
most people chase new ideas every week
top brands reuse what already converts
i broke down the exact process behind this
rt + comment “translate” and i’ll send it

an AI italian grandmother sitting in a lemon garden in tuscany
this is an ad
and it's generating $160k/month for a supplement brand
she's not selling anything
she's just sitting there, calm, surrounded by fresh herbs and fruit, about to tell you something important
your brain immediately goes into trust mode
no influencer energy, no sales pressure, no studio lighting
just a weathered apron, terracotta pots, and the feeling that whatever she's about to say has been passed down for generations
that's the whole mechanism
warmth + age + nature = instant credibility
by the time the product appears you're already leaning in
this format works in any language, any country, any health niche
the grandmother doesn't change — only the ancient secret does
rt + comment "nonna" and i'll send you how this content engine works

@IstvanicMarin Try duplicating an ad set that was created 1-2+ months ago

⚠️ FB Location Error
We are in the middle of a geo holdout with excluded DMAs on the account level
But FB rolled out the location change (switching from DMAs to Comscore) without thinking about what’s gonna happen to ad sets with existing locations
So now I can’t set up ANY new ad set due to errors with exclusions, and FB doesn’t let me publish the ad set
Does anyone have a fix for this?

@CreativesAndrew @wifigery Yup SmartReply also does DM's, emails, and rolled out a partnership with TikTok Shop so it can do all of those comments and DM's too.
Big brands like Snow, Bask and Lather, and FastGrowingTrees use it.
It this one: smartreply.io

@jforjacob Do you create a new campaign for the split test or inside the already working campaign/ad set?
English

Something to think about when testing new pages that I see nobody talk about
Anyone who runs more than one page from their ad account will know that you can run the exact same ads at the exact same budget to two different pages and one will have higher, CPM’s and CPC’s
When you split test pages using split testing tools this isn’t accounted for
Ok great, you had a 10% lift in rev per visitor but then when you roll it out across your ad account your CPM goes up 20%
This is just one of many reasoning believe split testing pages from the ad account is the best way to do things

been away for a bit
i ran up to 300k/month using just static ads. like no vid ads mrr or emails set up, js pure statics on meta.
everyone js thinks the image ad itself that will do the work but the whole funnel matters
i’ve put tgt a google doc breaking down everything that actually matters
if u want it like, repost and comment “TUTORIAL” and ill send u the doc

English

made 14k/day just running statics only.
no video ads, google ads, organic or whatever. JUST STATICS
statics take wayyyy lesser effort especially with nanobanana pro. I can literally pump out like 20 statics in 15mins using ONE prompt.
BUT still understanding your customer is important. It doesn't matter how nice your ad looks.
If your copy is shit ITS NOT GNA PERFORM.
But if u want to make your life easier with ai and get the exact prompt that I use to make my static ads, comment the word "STATIC" and I will send it to you

I structure every product page the same, which is how we can get 4 products live in less than an hour:
- Hero: Discount + stars + title + 5-7 benefit bullets
- How It Works / Size Chart (collapsible)
- Testimonials (3 reviews with photos)
- Benefit headlines (3-6 words + scientific backing)
- FAQs (objection handlers)
Then I feed everything into Claude.
Screenshot your template top to bottom.
Paste in TikTok Shop data.
Say: "Generate copy for this template. Brand: [Your Brand].
Product: [Type]."
Turn OFF "extended thinking" in Claude. It eats your tokens and takes 10x longer.
You want fast, clean output you can paste directly into Shopify.
In Shopify:
- Products → Create Template
- Name it (e.g., "Ashwagandha Gummies")
- Base it on the master template
- Paste Claude's copy
Done
Use AI to create 3-4 sentence reviews:
- Review 1: Expert angle ("10 years experience, still learned tons")
- Review 2: Beginner angle ("Never tried this before, amazing")
- Pair with stock photos ("stock photo woman/man").
Real reviews come later. Launch now.
We have a full 30-page template system + video made by the team on this that includes:
- Prompts needed
- Complete Product Page Structure
- Where To Get The Best Product Images
- The thought process to get high-converting PDPS, quickly
If you want my team to send this over to you, just like, repost, and comment “PAGE.”
