@DIRECTVhelp It's impossible to get anywhere in your automated chat system. I tried for 20 minutes and kept getting sent in circles. I then called in, waited on hold, got transferred, then got cut off.

@away I want to order my dad a suitcase with both his initials painted on the suitcase itself and get the personalized tag with his initials on it. It seems not possible to order both. Did I miss something?

@Postmates There is not enough room in 1 tweet to cover all the things wrong with your service. I clearly explained the problem. Got charged for order that never came. App says "Sandra M." is _still_ waiting at the restaurant (since March 2). Support ticket marked resolved...

@Postmates My account is stuck in a weird state. App and website _still_ say that a delivery that never came from March 2 will be delivered at 7:37 PM. I filed a support request which is marked "Resolved" even though no one has helped me and my account is still broken.

@AskPayPal After 2 bad experiences in the last 2 months, it's obvious that your platform is frequently exploited by fraudsters. You tolerate fraud to profit from the fact that orders unfulfilled without refund are often not disputed b/c it's such a hassle.

LinkedIn is copying the contents of my clipboard every keystroke. IOS 14 allows users to see each paste notification. I’m on an IPad Pro and it’s copying from the clipboard of my MacBook Pro. Tik tok just got called out for this exact reason.

Crikey, just over 8 years since @Official_CS27 announced his retirement! Where did that time go? One of the most talented I’ve ever seen on a motorcycle and he’s still only 34 today 😱 Sure wish the story hadn’t have ended when it did!!!

@happiestbaby is the Snoo app supposed to receive notifications when the baby is being soothed, calms down, etc? The only notifications I get are tips.

@appleios iOS 13 regressions around reminders still not fixed. using latest macos and ios, but notification badges still never in sync between phone and laptop. this worked perfectly for years and has been a train wreck since iOS 13 came out.

@markgeller Mark, that was 21 years ago. “A little late” is the biggest understatement I’ll hear in 2020.

@SouthwestAir i cancelled my upcoming flight and was told my early bird fees ($50 total) wouldn't be refunded. i'm generally very happy with you, but this just seems silly and uncharacteristic b/c you generally live up to your no BS fees mantra.
