Has anyone tried to measure the impact of introducing/improving Education Management Information Systems (EMIS) on student outcomes--either participation outcomes or learning outcomes? I'd be interested in studies in any context (i.e., high-income, middle-income, low-income).

So orgs who would benefit from those tents might want to capture the value & put it to use. Nothing to do with the morals of why they’re there, just what to do with the now free tents
