@MetroBank_Help daughter has been without her bank card since 23rd Dec. 2 attempts to get the card, still no pin. She lives in supported living and no means of paying for shopping. Is this acceptable?

@HelloFreshUK when will you realise Evri are a terrible delivery service? They give a time slot then constantly breach it. This causes a lot stress and anxiety

@SamsungUK purchased 2 flips. first lasted under 2 years - screen failed. Purchased a 2nd one. 13 months later screen protector fails. customer service useless both times. Traded in, amount given reduced due to screen damage - not true - manufacture failure
@evrisupportline your service is shocking. HelloFresh box due today - just a notification saying hopefully with us tomorrow - it’s fresh ingredients. Totally unacceptable

@EastEnglandAmb my D just had a very upsetting experience off the back of a NEAD/FND episode. The paramedics had little to no patience with her. It’s clear that there was very little understanding of these conditions.
We are aware of a network outage across the North West and our engineers are working to resolve this as a priority. We apologise for any inconvenience this is causing.

@AshWarren5@TalkTalk Same here. Issues since Xmas Eve. The only way to get internet is to do a hard reset of the router. Was guaranteed improved service when I renewed.
4 weeks now of intermittent broadband thanks to @TalkTalk. Constantly being dropped offline. Terrible customer service due to only being able to chat online (all their operators are busy the majority of time.. SHOCK). Just renewed in October and already regretting my decision.
@TalkTalk is there an issue? To be told on DM my email address and account aren’t correct. Massive issues since Xmas and no resolution. I have to keep doing a hard reset
@TalkTalk is there an issue again with Wi-Fi? Can’t even do a speed test. Did a reset and made no difference. Not impressed. Convinced things would improve with new router/new contract
