Que els metges no només han d'entendre el català sinó parlar-lo es veu clarament amb els infants. Un nen de 4 anys no està en edat ni de ser escolaritzat de forma obligatòria, per tant només està obligat a comprendre la llengua de casa. Que el metge no li parli la seva llengua i hagis de fer tu d'intèrpret compromet greument la validesa del diagnòstic. I mai es parla de les implicacions d'això en la transmissió intergeneracional, perquè indirectament a molta gent l'empenyen a canviar la llengua a casa per no tenir problemes, i així és com s'assimilen les cultures. Demaneu un altre metge si no parla català.
