5 things @alanaagoyal does differently > solo gp that commits code every single day > doesn't take pitch meetings > runs her agents in cmux on top of @mitchellh's ghostty > built her personal website using a dozen of her own portco's products > automated her investor updates without AI writing ep 4 of show me your stack is live!

I'm kind of blown away... Insanely cool breakdown across @DialecticPod episodes with: - robust sentiment analysis (humor, language, vulnerability, conversational density) - most common topics, references, themes - how I ask questions - detailed episode breakdowns - so much more So honored that @azacharyf (and Fable) took the time to honor my guests and my conversations with a treasure trove of data to explore. I've only briefly poked around but it makes me very excited for both what's possible *and* proud to have created a relatively small body of work that I hope can stand the test of time and grow into a resource for curious, creative, crafty, soulful people.

most podcasts now have become unwatchable. i rarely ever have the desire to listen to any of them. there is virtually zero alpha & very few if any original thoughts behind them. most often it’s just twitter takes kinda laundered to sound a bit more unique than otherwise. also they’re so scripted & highly produced that it just doesn’t even make any sense often. does anyone really need 94 minutes of throat clearing to hear the same three points you read on x last week from some anon? youtube has a nice summary feature that works well if you’re curious about the content. there is only one exception here & that is ben thompson who consistently produces original thoughts over & over again for years now. his cadence & thought structure both written & in conversation is quite beautiful through & through.

On the heels of @conveyAI's $38M Series A, I got to sit down with @julesrosenberg at MTS to talk about what it means for operators to move from AI assistants to full-blown teammates that actually own the work. Thanks for having me on the show!

minor milestone in the growth of swyx inc: we took over my new media lab today it will be the new home for engineer-creatives in san francisco; a third place to make; a finishing school for technical storytellers; a place to inspire the inspirational. to our complete surprise; it came with a datacenter rack randomly set up and wired up! need advice on what to put in this thing. @alexocheema halp

I forgot how weird a bunch of my setup until @julesrosenberg came around. 3D printed flags, two pairs of glasses, the last Safari user in SF... this was fun to record :)

5 things @charlieholtz does differently > doesn't let AI write a single line of internal docs > blocks twitter, reddit, yc, nyt in his /etc/hosts file > buys every new @conductor_build employee a desk mic > tried every AI browser and still only uses safari > @openclaw agent (lord crandon) doing workout planning + customer support triage ep 5 of show me your stack is live!

Work-in-progress: a new split layout framework for nearly all Apple platforms (macOS, iOS, etc.). A mix of SwiftUI and raw CoreAnimation. The goal is "every frame perfect" animation. Still very wip, but getting there! Goal is to bring it back to Ghostty eventually.
