.@elonmusk I just got back on X tonight after being locked for 6 days and 23 hours. I am a pardoned January 6 defendant. President Trump pardoned me. My federal charges were dismissed with prejudice. And yet your platform allowed a verified parody account with 460,000+ followers to openly weaponize X’s report system against me. He attacked me first. His own bio is built around a Taken movie quote. I replied with parody in the same Taken-style language. Then he quote-tweeted me, summoned his followers, used a brigade hashtag, and publicly admitted: “I’m just casually getting your account banned…” Then X locked me. That is not free speech. That is not fair enforcement. That is not what people thought they were getting when you bought Twitter. That is weaponized reporting. That is coordinated suppression. And when it happens to a pardoned January 6 defendant who has the screenshots, the timeline, and the receipts sitting in a public article, it looks exactly like the same censorship machine wearing a new logo. Elon, you said X was going to be the free speech platform. Then explain this. Why is a verified account allowed to brag in public about getting a political target banned? Why does X punish the person being brigaded instead of the people weaponizing the report button? Why are January 6 defendants still treated like second-class citizens on the platform you control? When Trump defunded Planned Parenthood and threatened to criminalize health care providers, I signed laws to fight back. Oregon is now the first state in the country with a long-term plan to replace Planned Parenthood’s Medicaid funding if Congress cuts it permanently.
